Absolutely astonishing shopping experience with beautiful Sharon who represents Givenchy in shop. I was spoiled and wellcomed as much as possible, top star professional! The shop is very nice itself, it was cool to see Elf's walking around too. The clothing I guess it's nice too but I didn't look at it as it probably costs fortune.

Cafe Clo. Situated on the ground floor. Very nice food although quite a limited food choice. Pricey for what it is. Pleasant helpful staff. Take care if you are thinking of leaving a trip as a10% Discretionary service charge is already added.

Charlotte at Chanel was a dream. Just wanted to say a huge thank you for your service. Extremely friendly yet professional and really understanding. I find that some ladies working at high end concessions tend to get a little arrogant in their service, however this wasn't the case with Charlotte. I can't recommend her enough! A memorable experience.

REALLY impressed with my first experience of this store. Fantastic, friendly and helpful customer service from the lovely ladies at the Charlotte Tilbury and NARS counters. They were really knowledgeable and were willing to give me the time I needed to find what I was looking for. Got exactly what I wanted, in fact better than I wanted for less than I expected to pay. The store is super bright and so clean too! Looking forward to my next shopping trip

Brilliant store, wife and I visit regularly. Discovered great offers across brands with a new cafe open downstairs - easily accessible from a shopping break down Fosse Park on a hectic weekend. A lovely Indian lady with glasses has been very helpful every time we have visited ladies floor and presents great work ethic. Flannels has taught their workers well👍🏼. Overall an amazing store!

I like shopping in the sports section adjacent to. There's a young lady upstairs that's very polite and very helpful ( petite with short dark hair ) She takes particular pride in the way the shop floor looks and I think that's admirable. She always works hard whenever I've seen her on shift. I find it easy to find the items I'm looking for and enjoy shopping in the store.

Angela is the most fantastic woman in the world, she helped me massively and went above and beyond even though it did not concern her honestly not enough stars to give her! Ryan however could have and should have used his initiative and requires customer service skills.

As a merchandiser I visit Flannels Fosse Park regularly. The place is so clean you could eat off the floor. The staff are simply wonderful. It's a pleasure to go there.

Went to drop my passenger and ended up buying a £100 perfume for my self, some of the sales person didn't even bother to talk to me but others was down to earth

Went into buy Christmas gifts for my son, a young lad called Stefan helped me recommend some items and was very helpful. Very well layed out shop. Lot better than shopping in leicester with no parking fees.

Visited the store for the first time today with my boyfriend and I was super impressed! The interior, and products in the shop are very classy. I bought a few items in the women's wear and although they appeared slightly understaffed, I was served by a gentleman called Dan who seemed very knowledgeable about the products and provided very helpful and friendly customer service so thanks, we will definitely be back to visit again soon!

Nice looking store. Lots of trainers, sport/leisurewear. Looks like an expensive department store. Has a whole floor for cosmetics and perfumes. Suspect their demographic is well paid 25-40 year olds.

This is my favourite retail store, but I find at the fosse Park branch there isn't enough large or xlarge in stock and new stock introduced enough. I shop here regularly and always walk out disappointed I haven't got what I wanted due to sizes, I like the experience of going ro the shop trying it on. Online is good but not the same as going to the branch. Thankyou nathan

What a store! Some of the suff is like artwork and prices to match. What sort of people have £800 for trainers? Maybe it's just me being old:(

First time visiting this shop. It was like Christmas as a child lot's of beautify set out displays of cosmetics and perfumes nice wide spaces so you could comfortably wonder around the store. Not pushy sales staff, but when asking for information very knowledgeable polite. An absolute joyabel experience.

Impressive looking store inside and out. Has a good choice of designer clothes, perfumes, shoes and accessories. Let down by the staff who I found are stuck up and really unhelpful. I think you need to train your staff on basic customer service. I won't bother visiting again!
