This shop is just amazing,my family has been going there for years and most of our suits are from this shop. Customer serve is amazing and they’ll always go above and beyond to find the perfect dress for anyone. I needed 2 dresses urgently for a wedding and they made the dresses within 3-4 days and it was just PERFECT! It will always be my favourite shop, and I definitely recommend it.

This shop is great for suit material! I come here with my mum and we have bought a lot of material from the shop to make into salwaar and pyjami suits. They have the latest things too. The shop offer a service to make suits. The man is very organised and annotates a suit to copy to make others. Turn around time is very good. My recent suits have arrived beautifully and fitted can't wait to wear them!

First time visiting Jaan as recommend by a friend.Good customer service means meeting your customers’ needs in a timely, efficient, and pleasant way. Customer service by Rizwan was helpful as he directed his shoppers to the right part of the store or assisted them with a product issue.

I went today for the first time and was very happy with the customer service provided by Rizwan. There is a large variety of clothes including unstitched material, ready made, menswear, wedding clothes, modest clothes/abayas and also sell hijabs, kussi and jewellery. I particularly liked the style of clothes because they were unique in gharara/culotte style and high-low cut kameez including belted kameezes. Prices and range of clothing variety were good. I will come back soon :)

The service has certainly improved judging by previous reviews. They have a large range of abayas to choose from upstairs and downstairs have the latest in casual suit fashion.. reasonable prices too with a good selection of party wear. I bought my nikkah outfit from them and wasn't pestered by any of the staff although there were enough for help if needed. Their bridal wear is a little old fashioned however.. they don't have the long gowns or jacket style dresses.
