Great that you can collect and return general next items here
Knocked off 1 star as the store looks a bit like a jumble sale sometimes, they could present things better
M.Great idea to bring this store back in this location. I was going to rate it a full 5 stars simply based on the customer service as I have only been in store to collect or return orders and the counter staff have always been helpful and friendly. However on my last visit the store manager (a male) and a female staff member decided to have a massive chinwag at the back of the store at the online pickup point. They were discussing staffing and jobs, I think the woman was trying to get a managerial role. Hardly the type of chat to have out on the shop floor. I had already punched my number in and was clearly waiting for my order which they both saw and ignored. I simply assumed another staff member inside would bring me my order. But no. I waited for at least 10-15 minutes in the same spot like a lemon. Then, the manager made a comment to the woman, something along the lines of, oh I guess we'd better do some work now. She smirked in response. Then they both went inside and got my order and another woman's order, and handed them to us. I've honestly never seen such crass customer service. This lazy and irresponsible duo have single handedly destroyed the otherwise excellent service all other staff at this store have provided thus far. Perhaps you need a manager who can actually be arsed to do his job and, while they're at it, show your customers a bit of respect?
