I went in the other day for some trousers to be greeted by 2 really nice staff members that helped me with everything I needed. Shout out to Ashley as he told me he was a new start and I was really impressed with his sales, I'm not too sure how to spell the girls name that was also on the shift but she was amazing too and made me feel welcomed and listened too in the store. Really good customer experience.

My husband and I were in the store this morning to purchase a shirt. Whilst at the till the young assistant Danielle noticed a mark on the sleeve of the white shirt that my husband was wearing and offered to dab it clean with a product that they use in the store. We both felt this was a lovely gesture and really appreciated her kindness. Thank you Danielle it was a pleasure to be served by you and we will certainly be returning again in the future.

Great selection of clothing, and amazing quality. The staff however let this place down. Made to feel inferior to them, and left feeling uncomfortable. Maybe due to my age, I'm not sure. Either way, that should not excuse rude behaviour.
