Awesome service provided. Very helpful. I would highly recommend. I didn't catch the other guys names but Muhammad the store manager was really polite and even managed to match the online discount code. I would say the prices are slightly expensive but the quality of the items are brilliant.

Excellent service when shopping for a prom suit for my son who doesn't wear suits ever! Scott was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure my son's feelings were listened to and worked extremely hard with us and other customers. A credit to the store. Thank you.

After booking in a fitting appointment at another retailer and having an absolutely dreadful time there, I was relieved to find my experience here was much better, more relaxed and vastly more enjoyable. Gurtej was the employee that looked after the four of us and he really made sure we were looked after. He managed to find matching suits to fit all four of us, as we had a wide range of body sizes in the group, and advised on the best fit, colours and styles. He helped me, the groom, decide on what I should wear to stand out from my groomsmen and best man as well as assisting with what colours the ties and pocket squares should be to match with the bridesmaid dresses. Alongside this, he ordered the waistcoats in the sizes we needed (as the store didn’t have the stock) and they came two days later…very impressive. Gurtej was incredible throughout the lengthy process of us backing and forthing with everything so my appreciation can’t be understated. This store has a wide range of suits and if, like me, you want something a little different, you’ll definitely get it here. Well worth a visit for somewhere that really stands out in Leicester in terms of its employees, customer service and range of suits.

Professional, helpful & friendly staff!! Called on Tuesday afternoon, after being let down by an online order from a ‘big’ retailer, needing a suit for my sons prom on the Thursday evening. I was assured that if we were to go into store on the Wednesday they could get him kitted out in time…& that is exactly what they did!! Spent the time to listen to his preferences whilst also offering their expertise too. Thank you so much, would highly recommend you guys to anyone needing a suit 🤩🤩🤩

A+++ Bought my first Tux from here yesterday and received some great customer service from the staff members. They really helped me out as I’m clueless when it comes to suits but I am really happy with the fit. *One side note for head-office* It would be great if the store carried the wing tips shirts and black self ties bow ties in store but the order for home delivery was a useful in store service.
