Bought a coat from sports direct. Was happy with the price. When I got home the ticket price was £12 less than I paid Took it back refund was given no quibble. No problem very happy will be going here again

Got a good variety and a huge range of clothes. Shame about the price though. Very expensive for simple clothing. I'll stick to Primarks instead of £50 Adidas joggers.

This really is a fabulous store (Sports Direct) much improved from the old location ( now a really good Evans cycle shop) the range of stock is incredible with some really good bargains well worth a visit

Gone a little up market for me. My experience of up market is it's a chance to hike the prices. A nice enough store, however having to search for a member of staff every time I wanted a shoe size was a real pain. That being said they had both shoes in the size I needed so a successful outing. I am now £140 lighter but with 2 pairs of training shoes that fit well and look great.

Great place if you are patient and have fair bit of spare time. Sports Direct upstairs with its usual range of reasonably/competitively priced items. Various designer brands downstairs under USC roof and a Game Store same level, far end of the shop floor. What not to like about. Well, maybe the fact you always end up spending to much e.i. you come in just to get a game and end up walking out with full bag of clothing as well.

💞 beautiful and large. Only downside is difficulty with locating the floor with kids ware. There's no direction pointers to different floors. The escalators to first and second floors are on different sides of the shops. Making it a bit tricky to find. Overly nice and reasonable prices. Love it.

I made an emergency stop to sports direct to buy my autistic son some shorts, while on a day out with my family. The shop was clean and very large, and the staff on the tills were friendly and helpful. The brands were sold downstairs and sports direct stuff is upstairs, along with some other branded stuff. We found some shorts, paid for them and he put them on. Success!!

I could literally live in this shop. Spend loads every time I go in there, not because it is cheap... Because it isn't... But because it incorporates a less is more approach to my favourite brands that means I dont have to hunt for the best clothes, they only bring the best into store. Cant recommend this store high enough really (Downstairs). Sports Direct upstairs is... Well Sports Direct.

Newly moved multi storey Sports Direct in the town center looks great and has a lot of variety, offers and price range. I wish the staff could be a bit more courteous and hold off their sorting on the same rails which a customer is looking at.

Needed some tracksuit bottoms so I bought some Adidas in grey & black , wore my mask around the store used the hand gel that was provided . It was not to busy , they had sales on , good communication with staff very helpful .

This is for Sports Direct only NOT USC. Looking for a specific sports top with one girl clearly hasn't got the concept of customer service with another gent just as bad. Fast forward and with our own judgement and patience, we found what we were looking for. Now on to the tills and I am giving the 5 stars for the following person ONLY. DANIELLE WAS AMAZING. She helped us get our two daughter's names on the back of their new shirt and was exemplary in her conduct. The others could learn a thing or two. I'm sure she'll remember the Choudhury name with a daughter where her first name wouldn't fit!! Dear Management, please do pass on our sincere thanks to Danielle and we really do hope you use her as a shining example to the other members of staff. As we were queuing up to collect, another family also wished Danielle a great day and thanked her for her service....so we certainly weren't a "one off". Thanks again Danielle

It's alright when it's quiet. Decent-ish selection, but inconsistent pricing on some products, an overuse of the 30% off tactic, and prices don't seem as competitive as they used to. The staff are helpful but not always easy to find.

This is a fantastic upgrade for both Store brands with lots of open space for movement between all areas of the store floor. The staff are very friendly and helpful. And the larger variety of fashion brands, this. was. a positive change for both stores.could do with back lit shoe prices for the more impaired visitors of the store. Overall a much more smarter experience for your sporty needs.

USC is a fantastic shop, I've ways loved it when it was in Highcross, my only regret is I didn't have money back then and they were relatively decently priced. Now occupying the space where BHS used to reside, USC is extremely large, and Sports Direct is on the upper part of USC. The reason I give this 4 stars is because it's difficult to find what you're looking for. As you enter the building, there's clothes ahead of you but it's difficult to see the brands. Don't get me wrong, there are indicators as to which brand is where, but they're relatively small. I do hope this could change, but I also understand that the concept is supposed to be open, at least that's the implication. Overall, a nice alternative to Flannels, you may not get the brands that you can get from Flannels, but you'll be happy with your purchase, and so will your wallet.
