The staff at the store are absolutely amazing! I hate shopping but the girls made the whole experience so much fun and memorable! They helped me try on outfits, gave their honest opinions and even stayed behind after the store closed so I can pick up the outfits I had chosen to accommodate my work hours. In the end my whole family bought all their outfits from here for my brothers wedding! The choices of outfit available are great and the customer service is brilliant !

Exceptional service by Imran bhai. He quickly understood the kind of designs and outfits I required, and made the impossible possible at reasonable prices. He stuck to his word with quick responses once the outfit was sent for tailoring, kept me updated and had my outfit ready on time with a perfect fit! This is the first time I have experienced customer service like this, particularly with Asian clothing, where more often than not retailers fail to deliver once they have your money. Tailor was also excellent, thankful to the team at Vivah for looking after me and my family. Happy to say we bought 4 more lovely outfits after this experience!

The customer service in this shop is second to none and Imran who owns the brand is the key to it's success. I happened upon this store and found that they will make bespoke outfits which is what I needed being an average UK size (16) however seen as plus sized wearer as far as Indian clothes are concerned. All the staff including the girls who work here are very friendly and are keen to get your order to you in time and exactly the way you want it. Imran understood my extraordinary design straight away (turning skirts into trousers etc) and made sure the tailor had everything he needed to get it all correct. There was 1 stop in for fitting and I picked up my design on the very next visit. There was a fast turnaround and it wasn't too expensive. They stayed within my budget and there were zero hidden charges. He made sure to be upfront about the whole process and all the costs, exactly my kind of language. I will definitely be buying more of my outfits from this designer. Thank you for all your help guys, you'll be seeing more of me!!

One of the best customer service I have had! I read reviews where some said poor customer service but I disagree from my experience! I initially went on a busy day the store was absolutely packed but then the owner of the store told me to book an appointment to see them. On my appointment I realised why the store was extremely busy. There are designer pieces at an affordable price and one of the best I had seen in Leicester. Imran the owner gave exceptional service by showing me an array of outfits. His colleagues were patient and waited for me to find my perfect outfit. I now do not need to look elsewhere Vivah is my first choice and they have their own tailor which is also great too. Imran bhai is very flexible and has catered for my busy schedules and work around me. He is always busy a with clients because his service is amazing and therefore I highly recommend going to Vivah to get Asian outfits that are stunning at affordable prices and exceptional customer service and book and appointment to avoid disappointment :)

Save yourself the 500 quid flight to India and go to VIVAH Fashion for all your wedding and party attire. We travelled to Leicester after hearing great things about this store and we were not disappointed! Service was fantastic the girls who served us were lovely and the owner equally as lovely. I brought 2 beautiful outfits for the biggest day of my life and my otherhalf brought his outfit from here too (we are a multicultural couple indian and white) and they treated us with so much love and respect 🙏- I cannot recommend this place enough honestly. We are returning soon with the rest of the family for all their outfits for sure! Thank you for making our wedding shopping so special and stress free no pressure no rushing listened to what we wanted and excellent service!

Great service and the gentleman that served me had a professional manner in dealing with his customers... I believe he's the manager/owner and knew exactly how to speak to customers with confidence in his products. Allows you to take pictures as most shops don't. Absolutely amazing shop! All the staff are so welcoming and so friendly I had a custom made outfit for my wedding day made from Vivah the manger designed my lengha from just one picture I had sent him he went above and beyond to create my fairytale lengha. I can’t even explain how much I love my lengha would definitely recommend this shop! Imran made my experience so positive he made all my wishes come true with what he designed he did his own touches which made the lengha look so much more beautiful as it had a different style I had put my full trust in imran and I can happily say am so glad I did. Imran had my lengha designed within less then 3 months! He personally flew to India to bring my lengha with him he always had kept me updated and was sending me videos and picture I was so excited everything I wanted he made happen so thank you so so much for this lovely experience!

This is a bit belated but wow what a fantastic team at Vivah Leicester! Imran and his team of incredible girls helped us through my wedding and what a job they did! With not as much time as one hoped, they perfected 10 beautiful sherwani’s for my groomsmen, 1 extravagant sherwani for my father and the most stunning piece of work I have even seen for my own Sherwani! Along with that we bought plenty of womenswear with outstanding work and depth on every design! Imran personally guaranteed the fitting for all the said pieces, checking them personally and remained incredibly professional throughout! What was baffling is that Imran had to fly out to India amidst our wedding planning and he still remained in touch and did not ask for any remaining payments till he was back and saw satisfaction of his work on our faces 😃 This was an incredible gesture and we are so glad that we met him, Harman and the rest of his girls who practically became family through this experience of ours! We highly recommend Vivah for any couple of any ethnic background to please ask for styles before starting your magical journey’s! Absolutely incredible from start to finish! We had multiple outfits to buy for our Indian Wedding events and very limited time, Imran took on this challenge with ease and efficiency. The store is extremely busy and this is because of the high quality items and affordable prices. The difference in price between these items and other stores is incredible. If you book an appointment, you will receive a bespoke personal service. I had concerns with outfits not fitting me because of my size and other stores had told me it would not be possible for me to get an outfit in my size in time for our wedding but Imran never made me feel like it would not possible and in fact made me feel so relaxed about this. He organised 3 outfits for myself, 3 for my brother and father and 3 for my husband all in just over 1 month!! As well as numerous accessories and sarees for my mum! I will only go to this store now for all of my Indian outfits in the future.

One of the best places to go for clothes, especially custom made clothing. My family and I ordered around 15 custom pieces of clothing for a wedding, which they had made in such a short amount of time but they made it exactly how we wanted it. The service and the staff were incredible, they did such a fantastic job. They communicated with us well and did exactly what we wanted. I Would highly recommend Vivah Fashion as the service from start to finish was just great. Imran really takes care of you and the attention to detail is second to none. Doesn't rush you in anyway and tailors the product to your exact needs. Price is also very competitive and the quality of the product is what makes it stand out. I’ve never been very keen on Asian outfits as I prefer to underdress, however, after my experience with Vivah Fashion - I’m truly glad things panned out the way they did. I’d begun with a picture in my mind of a toned-down and modest outfit, but by the end of our appointments in the shop - we’d ended up creating a heavily-embroidered and bejewelled custom-tailored outfit, a shawl and matching Mojdi to compliment my wife’s designer Lengha.
