Random search on Google for an item by Snow Peak that came up on this website. Price seemed too good to be true. So I checked reviews and all were positive so I gave it a go. Items arrived really quickly and in perfect condition. Communication re shipping from the seller was clear and timely. A check of other items on their site showed them to be competitively priced. Like others I am very very impressed and will use them again. Great shopping experience..

Paid for 1-3 day delivery arrived on the 5th day. Ordered two items and when items despatched I got a notification that one of the items was out of stock. I e-mailed customer support numerous times however did not get a response. Called numerous times and eventually got through to a guy who got my order despatched. If an item is delayed I should have been notified. Happy with the item I ordered however disappointed at the item that was out of stock. Refund was processed quickly. Would have given 3 stars however due to the guy I spoke to I gave a 4 star. Customer support need to respond and inform customers via e-mail in a timely fashion!

Shoes delivered in reasonable time to Sydney... only gripe is I wish the box it arrived in was a little thicker and or a bit of protective bubble was used inside to fill the void and protect the actual shoe box. The packaging is quite flimsy and was quite squashed which also resulted in damage to the shoe box but no big deal.... will definitely shop here again, highly recommended.

Ordered a pair of trainers. They arrived a few days later but with only one shoe! I called and spoke to someone at the store who apologised then took my details and went to see what could be done. I received a call ten mins later with another apology and was told they had the other shoe. They sent it out and I received it next morning. Not the best when spending a considerable amount if money however it is more so how the issue was felt with. I am very satisfied with the service received and by the quality of the shoes. Will be shopping here again.
