So there is a lot of lovely stuff to see in the castle and a rich history. However there is a vast amount of castle not open to the public. This side of it can be done in an hour or so. This means the majority of the activities are walking round the grounds. Frankly some aspects of this has seen little to no effort aesthetically and a tad disappointing and if it was wet weather would be unpleasant

Lots of variety at the store although you might not always find the things you see online in store. I recommend buying online and ordering to the store if there’s something specific that you are looking for, especially when it comes to the Perfume collections. However, I really like the store and the alternating seasons of clothing. The sizing is hit and miss so it’s worth trying before buying - but overall, good quality. Worth spending the extra money.

I can't say my opinion as a customer of this branch, because I'm actually employee. But yes I love Zara shop and to be fair. We have the cleanest and most organised shop in Midlands. I have been visiting Zara in Birmingham and Nottingham but, this shop is the best one. I just hope my customers are as happy and satisfied as I am with my service to them.

Today I wanted the whole outfit from a manican (the previous collection) couldn’t found it in the shop. At the end of searches one of the staff kindly asked me if i needed any help then i told him. Seconds later manager came with the whole fit then i tried it on. It was too loose manager then quickly got me the smaller one for me. Manager and the team is amazing keep it up well done guys. The service very lighted up my day. Ended up the incredible outfit thnak you 😇

Very spacious shop but most of the space is not used, utilised to display the items. It's just a lot of empty, open space. A lot of items currently out of stock, and I'm not talking just in terms of different size choices but entire lines.

Three stars for Zara (Leicester branch). I don't know where to start. Let's start from the most observable thing in Zara: prices. Although they have good fashion, I think that some items were really overpriced. I, as a student who provides for herself by studying and has no other source of income, cannot pay 90 pounds for a coat! There were some items that were reasonably priced, yet, the items that I liked were 60 pounds and above. However, on the positive side, I really like their fashion sense. They have some unique styles that you cannot find elsewhere. I adored the baggy jeans that they have which were priced around 26 pounds I think. I loved the black chiffon skirt and the new collection leather coats (you probably don't know what I'm talking about, sorry hhhh). The service was very slow at the store but I liked the fact that there were large passages that respect social distancing guidelines. I need to visit the store again for more updates about service.

Such a shame to say as I worked in retail before pandemic. But I would probably shop online. I actually thought they may be closing as shelves are swinging. Not much stock again with all retail reviews I have completed lately. Shame to say I probably will not shop instore, and I've always hated online shopping. Zara is a place where you can go once a week. You will see something new and always trending collection. I like their clothes, shoes and wallets. It's the best place for people who like to update their wardrobe regularly. Their shoes are durable say will stay for 2 years.

The shop is well lit, clothes are not too close to each other that you cannot pull an item without dropping 10 others...but don't think about returning your items if you're in a hurry. Every time I had to do this It took at least 30min . Never seen such a slow process. Totally puts me off ordering at Zara or buying without trying things on. Maybe the staff is told to work slowly? Or the company makes the process super slow?

Yesterday I went in with my mother of where we was struggling with the sizes and something to wear for the a event coming up, couldn’t see much staff though the young man carrying a load of items put his items to the side in the ladies department found us both an outfit and managed to order me in a skirt of which I liked which wasn’t in store. Very friendly and easy to approach, can’t wait for tonight!!

Excellent and stylish range of clothing for all the family. I especially love the mens range here. A style of clothing that you can't see at any other high street store along with a level of quality that is especially high. Benefits are exponentially more during the sales!

Bought a jacket that i didn't like then i decided to return it. I had ripped the tag on it but still had the receipt. Originally, they do not accept items without a tag but the man was nice enough to take it back. They have a really nice staff in the new highcross branch.

Great store, with great presentation. I found it relatively easy to make my way around the store, but the staff weren't quite as helpful as they have been in other clothing stores. Definitely worth checking out as there's offers you won't find online.

As we know, Zara is a chain of Spanish shop,with clothes, shoes and various accessories of their own production,inspired by fashion shows worldwide. The newly opened shop at the Highcross shopping center in Leicester is very nice and wall kept. Needless to say, there is a wide variety of garments suitable for the most varied personal tastes of customers. Manufacturing can be considered good. As for customer service it isn't great and the staff isn't helpful. In my opinion, another negative note is that you have to wait several minutes to pay.

Bit slow on the tills , mind you it wasTuesday morning so probably adjusting their make up in the back room. One young lady on the till for buying stuff, and one young lady on returns. And the stuff people bring back.....my God.. do they buy it the day befor, wear it then bring it back for refund. I mean you got a queue a mile long in returns,and this one bird has brought back a whole wardrobe,and the bird on returns has to replace all the security tags on each item check it ect . And I only went in there for a gift card. No wonder I got a headache, and her indoors sez..." What took you so long..... whack.

The shop is cool and dat but I have to stand around for hours because my marj loves it too much so if you could please make the shop look a little rubbish it would be highly appreciated. I was thinking I could come in one of the days and you could help me cover the floor with quick sand, but a Cactus in every coat pocket sold in the store, put a pic of that dog Donald Trump in the window etc. Hopefully that will work if it doesn’t I might have to bring my aliens in after I raid Area 51. Zara is easily my favourite shop for clothing items. Their styles are typically unique and current. This is a good size store with a good amount of stock. It is always good to shop at Zara in the January sales, you get some great quality clothes at heavily discounted prices.

Larger, fully refurbished store in the unit previously occupied by Rackhams/House of Fraser. All on one level, with huge ladies, gents and ladies zones. Best addition to this store is the robotic click&collect. All you do is turn up to the machine, enter your pin number of scan your code and the robot fetches your item. No queuing at the tills to then be left waiting for the assistant to go to the storeroom to bring put your order. I can see this coming to many more stores nationally.

It's a zara, if you like zara then you should go, it's like expensive primary, but so are a lot of shops. I guess it's the quality at which they make the clothes, so on a sale of cheep amazon/wish clothes to levi jeans (1-10) I would place zara at maybe a 6 . It's mostly fashion and not practicality.
