Everything expensive, still sells real fur which is cruel, hard to find sizes as nothing had size on hanger. So you end up wasting loads of time checking all tags. Young staff were helpful

The staff are super friendly and will go out of there way to help you. The door greeters are a wonderful touch and make you feel very welcomed

They are a concession of different brands all housed in the store. You might get what you like, but might not getting a matching pair in terms of suite. A return refund is issued as a coupon to get something else in-store. No free parking anywhere around.

Some very nice stuff in the Lincoln HoF but the place has a run down feel about it. Floors are uneven and the few fans that were working did not really manage to keep the place cool enough to be enjoyable. Staff very pleasant and helpful though which is always nice. Needs some money spending on it.

Very busy which was good to see. Too much merchandise for the space available. Shopping at HoF used to feel a very premium experience - less so today. However still some very nice product in there - just needs merchandising a bit better.

Staff here have always been brilliant but they are let down by the awful computer system. I had to return an item and we had to try three different tills as they all had different number keys missing off the number pads!! This was on a busy Saturday. My heart really went out to the really patient sales staff. Lots of great brands for all ages. Brilliant click and collect service. Haven’t been in the cafe for years but last time I went it was nice. I do love this shop but I think they need to work harder to support their great staff by replacing and updating the computer systems. The staff are fighting a loosing battle. It’s not their fault.

as soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed. The lady on the front make up counter with glasses was very helpful in assisting me with where I needed to go yesterday and all the staff were really kind and polite. Service was quick and there was a massive range of clothes and items to look at.

I received amazing service from the jewellery counter recently and was impressed by the member of staff who served me. The Item I was looking for was not in stock and the gentleman took me to a computer ordering system where he took my details and ordered the item into the store for me to collect at a later date. Shop was clean and tidy, the lighting was good and there were plenty of well groomed presentable staff members around for me to ask questions about items I wished to purchase. Very good experience.

It is Lincoln this friendly behaviour. I cannot believe how the whole staff there smiled and said hello! The cafe was particularly good and welcomed Gluten Free with open arms. Try the breakfast! Wonderful.

My five stars are awarded not only for a lovely clean and well presented store but because there is such a beautiful young man who works in the cafe. He is worth his weight in gold. He always makes the effort to have a conversation with you and goes out of his way to pay you a nice compliment. I really wish I remembered his name. He is there often and wears glasses. Some stores could learn alot about customer service from this young man. Good on him for being so friendly and polite. He makes a huge difference to peoples day.

Has some brands unavailable in other Lincoln department stores. Staff are very helpful and lovely. Store itself is tired looking and has no air conditioning, so if you're planning to do a lot of changing and trying on clothes prepare to get hot!!

A large store with a huge selection of goods. The down side to this is there is not a large amount of room to move. A reasonably priced restaurant with good food, but it does get busy around lunchtime.
