Of course, speaking in behalf if wife and daughter lol. They like the range for adults, however daughter says for kids the tops are too short, or designed to make the kids look older... However the quality of material is good, the staff are friendly here.

They've removed the Men's section from the shop now and replaced it with 915. There isn't a great deal of variety in the choice of clothing or shoes but it makes do with the space they have. The staff are mostly friendly and the changing room is very large, with space for friends/family to sit in the middle whilst they're waiting.

Great place but not much of the 'niche' ranges available in this store. Noticed when I was pregnant they removed the ranges from store so went to h&m close by as I'd made a trip in especially to try on things.

Good range of products, and very helpful staff. Two entrances, one straight of the high street and one through the shopping centre. Slightly difficult to locate a specific item if you know exactly what you're looking for but otherwise a great shop!

Always some really nice stuff in here pay a little more to get a little better quality. Get really nice fitting jeans from here that last a while and the shoes are pretty sturdy too.

Easy to access store with a wide range on offer. I do find it hard to navigate the store and it's not particularly pushchair friendly so I rarely shop there. I just order online and collect.

New look was great, the kids needed the toilet so we used the escalators to get to the ground floor of the waterside shopping centre to use the toilets. Thank you new look for having escalators.
