A. G.We regularly shop at Phase Eight because of the high quality of the products. However the store experience not only echoes this but goes above and beyond it. We booked a stylist appointment with Claire for a wedding outfit for my mother in law who hates shopping and doesn’t dress up. Claire was exceptionally friendly and helpful she was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond. We sorted an outfit and accessories can’t wait to come back and so gutted you’re retiring
J. O.I would like to thank the staff that worked on Sunday 6th February Lincoln corn hill. So accommodating and helpful, I came in to buy my mother of the bride outfit. I was not disappointed and went away with a great choice, helped by the staff on hand. As well as an honest opinion they were on hand to do up my zips and buttons. Thank you, believe me your customer service was on point!! I will be shopping here again!!
P. W.I visited your exceptionally presented store In Lincoln, Cornhill Centre, this week, for a wedding outfit for my daughters wedding. The store had loads of choice and I was able to easily try on the outfits. I have to say that I was very impressed by the staff, the lady who assisted me was exceptional, she was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about all the products. I couldn’t decide on an outfit, but the outfit she suggested was gorgeous and fitted my body shape perfectly, I can’t wait to wear it! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she had a ‘can do’ attitude which is very pleasing and rare to see these days. With the excellent advice and professional service provided l decided to purchase the whole of my wedding outfit at this store. Very well done Phase Eight Store, Lincoln, 10 out of 10. I will certainly be visiting your store soon and will highly recommend you to my family and friends. Thanks for a great shopping experience.

My Husband and I were so impressed with the level of services we received from Claire the Manager and her excellent team, from the warm greeting we received from entering the store until the eventual time of our departure with sincere gratitude of our business.
Claire has personally engineered a relaxed, unhurried and welcoming approach with all her customers in store that makes you feel so very valued as a customer of Phase Eight.
From the outset, Claire listened to my requirements, offered her suggestions, carried my choices of clothing to the changing rooms, was on hand to provide alternatives sizes and styles , gave me constructive and honest feedback and made me feel so very special as a customer.
Wow, this is personal shopping experience on a new level and one not to be missed!
Excellent customer service, quality clothing choices and a friendly atmosphere throughout made a wonderful personal and professional shopping experience. Even my Husband enjoyed the comfortable waiting chair and chats.
Claire is an absolute asset to Phase Eight and has made the Lincoln store a joy to visit and shop for lovely clothes.

I have just visited Phase Eight Lincoln and experienced again the welcoming and professional manager and staff. They are always the same and nothing is too much trouble. They know their stock and are great for advice and always honest in their opinions. The shop itself is a pleasure to enter with a lovely layout and always so clean and tidy.

The personal service I received from Gemma and Sam was outstanding and very professional. I tried on quite a few dresses and the ladies gave me their full attention and were very helpful with the dress choices… and very patient with me. I can honestly say that these two ladies are the best fashion retail advisors I have ever met. They are a credit to Phase Eight.
