A young attendant stated to help me and I though that she was shy or maybe not so interest in helping me. She was the opposite for my surprise she allowed me time to identify what I was looking, what happened next was unbelievable and to sumarize I must say that was the best shopping for pyjamas I could ever had. Fabulous care and excellent service. Young and blond and I am sorry to have forgotten her name. Thank you very much

The assistant came over to me to ask did I need help, told her size I was looking for. She checked, they were in the stock room. Got them.for me, I asked for a gift receipt and she also gave me gift box and tissue paper. Service was excellent, I will definitely shop here again.

My size has changed quite a bit and I was unsure where to start. Thanks to the excellent help and advice I was able to get pretty underwear in larger sizes and it didn't cost the earth. Sales staff were very kind and nothing seemed to be too much trouble

Am a regular in boux avenue. I mean I don't wear the items on sale in here that often (joking ) but my good lady wife is over the moon when I treat her to a little something. Boux avenue will and is slowly taking over the underwear draw at home. I've been to most other competitors stores but feed back from the wife will bring me back again. Great staff lovely range of products that fit nicely so I been told. Well done boux see you again soon

The staff are excellent. The fitting service is the best around and the staff are so helpful offering different styles that they know will suit your shape and build. The prices are very reasonable and a decent bra always makes you feel great and it also makes you look slimmer! Winner!

My sister and I are from Edinburgh and we visited the Liverpool store and had a great experience. Leanne was on hand to provide a very professional bra fitting. Leanne was very friendly, her product knowledge was impressive and she made us feel very comfortable. She was able to recommend the correct styles and size of bras for us both and I ended up purchasing the style she recommended in 3 different colours! I will definitely revisit that store when I am back in Liverpool. Thanks Leanne.

I always shop here and never have a problem with the underwear, but my mum has bought 5 t-shirt bras and all 5 have gone back and been replaced a few times due to the underwire coming out... She wore her new white one once and while we was out the wire came out.... All other underwear in this store is amazing just don't buy their tshirt bras

Amazing, helped me with my fitting and got me underwear to suit my body tried in a lot of bra, I ended up getting 2 sets of underwear and I'm over the moon with them and the way the staff treat people they actually care <3

Made to feel very comfortable, great customer service, Lin provided an expert fitting and acted like a personal shopper;bringing lots of designs to find the right product for my shape, walked out 5 sets later and feeling so much more confident couldn't rate the service any higher, highly recommended with beautiful quality designs and so much choice.
