I have dealt mostly with Ella, who has been incredibly efficient and helpful and she has guided me through the selling process stress free for which I am very grateful. She has dealt with the quotes very expeditiously and efficiently and is also extremely pleasant. I also am very impressed with Adam who only received my parcel this morning and a couple of hours later has paid out the money to me - I am so impressed at such efficiency which I am not used to.
T.Wanted to sell a bag as I wasn’t getting much use out of it. Came across Luxe Collective on tiktok.
They offer such an easy, straight forward process to sell pre loved luxury designer items.
Friendly and helpful customer service. Quick responses and clear instructions.
I posted the bag using the prepaid label which they emailed me. The money was in my account within 24 hours of posting the bag.
I will definitely be using them again! :)

N. B.I have sold two designer items now and found the process straight forward and easy! They cover postage costs for the item your selling and then as soon as they have received it the payment is processed quickly!
Please note -They use UPS access point ,and although there is a option to not print label it’s much quicker to print the label yourself, if you don’t print yourself this means your item takes longer to get delivered (around a week)

J. L.Really quick and helpful. I like this concept as it is easier than having to wait for a buyer; rather, the company buys the product straight from you which really saves time and hassle. I thought the price quote was reasonable and contact with the company quick and efficient. They arrange a way for you to send the items in again. The only thing is that they only use PayPal to pay, but that worked absolutely fine, but can be tricky if you are not familiar with PayPal. I will definitely use them again!
