Very understated, a delightful place to shop my experience was like a journey on many countries with fresh, exotic colours, as well a taste of Britain's pastel, elegant colours. The range of what to buy vary from a pair of earrings to table lamp or a beautifully crafted dress. Every single item seems to be craft with taste and attention to details. The prize range is very affordable. The location is perfect 👌 Near to many other shops including Zara and John Lewis. Oliver Bonas is an independent British lifestyle store, designing their own take on fashion and home ware. Absolutely a must visit see my video and pictures. The QPark is just next by but I do reccomend parking on the streets council paying and display. The same App all around Liverpool and less expensive comparing to the luxurious QParking

Really good customer service, particularly from Victoria. During the Christmas period they helped me with my order as best they could and she was very friendly with her approach :) Thank you! My sister loved her jewellery stand!

Went into the store about 5:30pm (10/09/21) I picked up a stunning green bomber jacket size 8 and I could hear positive happy open chat from the workers. I asked nicely can I try this jacket on and the lovely staff member who was very friendly with glasses let me go into the fitting room. I wasn’t sure of the fit as I'm very petite. I next asked the staff member at the till if they had a size 6, kindly they looked they didn’t but they said they can order me a 6 in store. They we’re so welcoming and kind and real that they asked if I would like someone else to see the jacket on, both of the staff members were very present and gave me a lot time and just generally made it feel so open and relaxed. I didn’t feel any pressure at all to buy just real honest people! I’m normally a bit insecure with my size being frail but after being around these lovely ladies and from a far hearing the way they communicated and spoke to each other… I felt at ease and trusted them and their opinion they both agreed the size 8 was perfect.! and that I didn’t need the size 6 they also shared about styling it. I ended up buying the size 8 and I just want to say that they are both a credit to the store and the company because those two staff members really do stand for what I feel Oliver Bonas is and that is just an open girly relaxed open place that is just absolutely kind and special. I didn’t catch their names but whoever was working at that time and day.! So thank you to the Liverpool ladies 🌸☺️

Really good opening. Free G&T and Souvenir bag. Place a bit crammed. Was struggling to pass between shelves and 9n quite few items I couldn't justify the price. But will come back to see how often range is changing.
