A. Z.Very nice and comfy, everything in order, 4 floors, we enjoyed very much
K. P.One of the best stores around 5 floors. Go early around 8am if you want to shop peacefully without it being super busy! It does get annoying though when it is busy and perfectly able young people use the lift when it’s designed for people in a wheelchair or pushchairs because they are too lazy to walk so can be waiting 10-15 minutes for a free lift.

I. D.Always find something to buy here. Providing you're willing to spend a little time you can uncover some little clothing gems here. Prices are a lot less than other places, there are a range of qualities here so definitely need to browse if you are picky. If going abroad on holiday or Christmas t.shirt/pyjama shopping this is the place to come to get as many as you can in one visit.
R. T. (. T.Not too busy. Picked the items of clothes I wanted, tills were fairly quick too. Prices are as usual, low, plenty of choices too in all departments. In & out quite quickly, less than a week to Christmas too, bonus!

R. C. B.The woman at the tills was extremely nice and friendly we had a great brief chat. The price was hath what I thought at tills said one item was £10 and other £6. But totally came to £9 was a bargain and was very chuffed. You also have FREE paper bags which most places try and scam you with such as Morrison. Paper bags should be free and are excluded from bag charge to encourage shops to be more environmentally friendly. Morrison charges a jaw dropping 30p for a paper bag this is outrageous in my opinion.
Aside from this the shop was tidy inside for a Primark as normally they are busy places and staff get overwhelmed as customer don't care about them and leave clothing ect...screwn everywhere.
J. C.Great value for money. Huge store. Don't like the way the escalators work. You have to walk to other side on every floor. Very tiring and frustrating if you are in a hurry.
