I like shopping with this company when I get the chance, there was a great offer in-store and floor staff were kind and helpful. The girl who served me was nice and friendly but stuffed my items into the bag with some tissue paper.

What a lovely well organised shop how they manage to measure customers, select bras and help with fitting so efficiently where other shops need and appointment is a mystery. Olivia our assist was so patient and kind so a big thank you especially for you.

Went in to have a look for Christmas presents for the fiance. Couldn't find what I wanted but saw it on a manakin so I asked a member of staff. India led me around the store finding exactly what I needed. She was super friendly and made me feel comfortable to shop and buy even asking me to feel how stretchy waist bands were 😂😂. Couldnt of been happier with the service recieved, probably the best help I have ever had in a store finding sizes matching outfits etc.

Very popular, especially with the younger girl's, a regular visitor here with my daughter & niece's. Some thing's a little pricey, but also some good offers if / when you can get them. Very helpful & friendly staff.

I went to buy a gift for my Grandaughter Megan who will be 13yrs old on the 21st December, and the girl assistant was absolutely very helpful helping me to decide on the gift for my Grandaughter, I was well please on how she explain everything I looked at, and she helped to fine the matching Bras and matching panties I decided on. I am sure my Grandaughter will love her gift and also the Perfume mists I bought for her. Thank to the young lady from Victoria Secrets, Liverpool 1. ( 31.10.2020).

I love this shop. The shop assistant was really nice, tried so hard to help and find something that fits my shape and size. She did not try to sell the most expensive item, but the item that was most suitable for me. Looking forward to going back there again

Stunning underwear and lingerie if your upto size 14 but there after the choice is quite limited, for reference my partner is a 12/14 and even that can be challenging.

I had a fitting with the amazing Kelly, who was so helpful, so professional and put a very nervous customer at ease. I thought I might be sneered at by the very young snd very pretty girls in the store, but she and the other staff were wonderful. Women of a certain age can sometimes feel very self conscious and lacking in confidence, but Kelky was really great, thank you! She (Kelly) took the time to not only establish my size, but also the styles that were right for me, that I was comfortable with, and ensured that they were a "healthy " fit, i.e not compressing breast tissue or causing potential back and shoulder issues. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars was the lack of availability in my size. They have the most amazing range available ...... if you're a 34b, but 36dd, not so much. Having said that, now I know my proper size and the styles I like, I can confidently order online!
