J. B.We bought several pairs of jeans before Christmas, one pair had a fault that caused the jeans to tear. Went into store, replaced with a fresh pair no issue, very happy with the service received in store.
Overall though, a bit disappointed with the durability of Levi's given the supposed 'toughness' of their products. The jeans have been generally well looked after, worn for general activity (not for physical work, heavy outdoor use etc.) washed correctly and only a handful of times but all pairs have evidence of fraying at the seams and are threadbare in spots. Wonder how long they will last?
