After quite poor experiences in two other nearby sports shops, the staff in Puma were excellent. Julie was super helpful - making recommendations for my needs, build and tastes. She highlighted products I wouldn’t have even picked up or thought of - all of which I bought. She is a credit to your team and I’ll definitely be back!!

I was in the shop yesterday with my wife and every member of staff was lovely. They were so helpful and got us exactly what we were looking for. I returned today with my grandmother who struggles to get shoes due to issues with her feet. Julie helped us from the minute we went in. She was patient and got us exactly what we were looking for.
