I recently visited this store and was served by lovely gentleman called Rob. He was so helpful and efficient without being pushy. He let me try on many shirts and gave me succinct advice about fitting etc. I bought a suit, shirt, tie and pocket square and I was more than happy with my purchases. The rest of the staff are were friendly and helpful too.

I have received excellent service on every visit. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They have a wide range of sizes and styles. On my visit today we had 3 members of staff running around after us, asking a lot of questions about our event that we are to attend and giving great advice. Well worth a visit. We will definitely return. Very well done to the team at the Livingston store!

Customer service at livingston branch was second to non, didn't catch the ladies name but she made the process easy and her eye for detail was superb. Very chatty and wasn't all about the hard sell. Definitely be back. 10/10 all day long 😊

I'm not a regular size / shape so clothes shopping is always a bit of a challenge, particularly if I'm looking for something like a suit. But the staff here could not have been more helpful. Despite it looking like my only option would be a lighter colour than I was looking for, a team effort from the staff found a dark suit in my size to meet my requirements. Great result and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Needs more staff. Good variety of suits but didn't have my size in the 2 designs that I liked. The 2 staff members there, where dealing with other customers so I didn't have a very good customer service experience. I did buy a 2 pc

Well done the guys at Scopes Livingston, was in 3 times on different days, because I didn't really know what I wanted, staff were great offering advice and time, and telling me to take as long as I wanted, and give them a shout if help was needed, in this morning with a better idea, and got what I wanted, special shout for kelsea had me sorted in no time. Highly recommend.
