In store sale currently on. Great casual sets, jumper dresses, midis and abayas available. Durability matters when it comes to a lot of things but none more so that clothes. We wear them all of the time, we like how they look, and we want them to last. So, how do we make that happen?

The service here was exceptional! The girls were extremely polite and helped me find a couple of long dresses for a last minute event. They also showed me matching chiffon scarves, which were great quality. Will be coming back again.

We visited aab for the first time on Sunday 15th August 2021 whilst visiting London from the midlands. The lovely two girls were absolutely amazing and helpful. We picked up some amazing things and we will be visiting again soon.

Really love the Aab range. Although pricey, the clothing collection is different, very good quality and generally true to size. The reason I gave it a 4 star was because I find that their refund policy is very very slow. I understand during busy times it can take time to receive your refund but there should be automated emails sent out by Aab acknowledging the returned item(s). I have never been into any of the stores, as I usually purchase online, so I cannot comment about the personal customer services. I did order something from one of the stores via telephone before as it was the last piece and I wanted to secure it. The lady on the phone at the Bradford branch was very nice and helpful and so was the lady on the telephone at Head office. Happy to say that my item arrived a few days later, as promised. Thank you Aab.

I love aab. The clothing are beautiful and I shop there a lot. However, I must say I can't help but feel frustrated with aab's refund/exchange policy. To only allow 7 days to return back online orders, where is the time? Why can't we just return in store? Far too complicated than it needs to be. At least allow 14 days like normal store policy, which is more reasonable. It takes far too long for orders to come into store for pick up as well. Also, I do remember ordering a scarf for next day delivery as an emergency and didn't even arrive until the evening the next day. I shouldn't be paying 8 quid for next day if im just gonna get it late. I know this is the fault of the courier but for this you really need to send via royal mail!

Really nice and elegant outfits. Modest wear is good. Some things are pricey. Customer service was excellent too, as they're very helpful when trying things on and bringing you the sizes

I had ordered a dress from Aab via their website they had informed me that it was lost in transit. I spoke to a fantastic lady in their Customer Service dept who was able to offer me an alternative that was even better than my original order. Their customer service department kept me informed and up to date with what was happening. I will be collecting my purchase today and my friends birthday gift will be a fabulous hit!

My colleagues recommended having a look at aab for my work a few weeks in Riyadh so I came in one Saturday and service was exceptional! Two lovely ladies helped me style some long dresses with matching scarfs and even showed me how to style them. they were very helpful.

Update: credit where credit is due. The team were able to eventually source my order items and supply full order. Now waiting for restock so that I can purchase the additional items I need. Thank you! Major stock and delivery issues. Ordered online nearly 2hrs BEFORE new collection was formally released and payment taken immediately. Recieved email 2 weeks later to advise that item was out of stock! It definitely was in stock when I ordered, not sure how their order handling system works and why it would take 2 weeks to tell me and offer refund. If orders cannot be filled, they should not be taking them online... it's a lottery as to who may or may not get their order items. Been checking online every day for a month as I need new abayas, but either items not in stock or not available in sizes, no restock for over a month...prioritising Ramadan collections / orders that they cannot fill! Please sort it out as I love your clothes and heard good reviews, but you're letting yourselves and your customers down.

In store experience: I first met Zeenat from your London store early in the year during the sales period. I was really impressed at how she went out of her way to assist me despite the high concentration of customers at that time. She made sure that I was content with all of my purchases and I appreciated her honesty about all the outfits that I tried on and she advised me diligently on sizing. On all three days of the sales that I had come in, I had also left purchasing the very same outfit that she had been wearing that day. She is a wonderful and pleasant girl who I always look forward to seeing whenever I do visit the store and she is the reason why I have fallen in love with your collection of silk chiffon Hijabs. I was excited to finally visit the Aab store the other day. I was not disappointed. In fact I found the sales assistant very welcoming and helpful. I came away with a beautiful new top and trousers. Love their clothing . But yes as others have mentioned the staff in this store are ridiculously unfriendly. Very poor customer service. Always taking between themselves. Hardly acknowledge the customers. They only time they talk is when you ask them a question. They are busy trying on clothes themselves and you would think it costs them to smile at you !!! It's a right put off and it's a shame as I go there often to collect my orders.

Not really fond of shopping in east london but I have to say it was a brilliant experience. I came into the store and was greeted straight away with a smile! The weekend staff were amazing and a young lady called Zareen was with me throughout the time I was in the store making me feel welcomed. You dont get that much nowadays especially in east London. Would definitely recommend to everyone :) I am definitely coming back 👍🏻

Aab is one of the best boutique i have been to, their collection are so unique and you can always rely on them if you are looking for classy n chic Abayas. My recent visit to Aab Green street has been great, the service was excellent and staff helped me find what i was looking for. I received personal shopping experience in Aab as all of them were very attentive and professional. I love the brand and appreciate their great work.

I recently bought the 'Origami Abaya' in Black because it has front buttons and I needed a good quality abaya which is also easy to breastfeed with. It was £70 but I was willing to spend the money for a good quality abaya. Unfortunately, I was left disappointed. After wearing it only a few times the abaya looks worn and has become very bobbly. Update 01/05/2018- Following my review I was contacted by the Admin who gave me an option to return for a refund or exchange at the store. Although this was not suitable for me to do, I appreciate the attempt to try and fix the issue and I have therefore changed my review.

Visited the shop this morning and picked up some bargains in the sale. The shop assistant was extremely helpful and polite. The shop is well lit and clean and changing rooms spacious. I would highly recommend.

Aab is definitely my go to boutique for my wardrobe, the clothing is of a high standard and works very well for me in my everyday life. I would also like to mention the staff at Aab, they are extremely friendly and always willing to help!

Really pricey and most items are cotton or linen based rather more light or synthetic fabric - meaning it's more figure hugging and only really accommodates to a figure that has no curves and is tall
