Finally took the plunge to purchase one of the iconic waxed jackets. Suffice it to say, I was pleased with the quick and efficient service, especially the top quality jacket. The staff are especially knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products. Would come back again in the future.

Not very good. Difficult to find staff to help. Selection limited sizes. Shame went to London thinking there would be a big variety and enthusiastic staff eager for you to part with your money. So wrong. shame .

Helpful staff, good quality waterproof coats. I wanted to show the assistant a picture of the coat we were looking for but they do not have WiFi in the shop and the 4G & 5G signal is too weak for data. A quality shop like this one should have good WiFi especially if the mobile signal is weak.

Great customer service with a good selection. I ordered a jacket from Barbour's website to be pick up at the shop. Didn't know if it would be the best size so the manager found a larger one for me to try and assure me that if I felt more comfortable in the bigger one, she would just exchange the sizes. (Despite getting it for cheaper on the website) Once I opened the packaging and I tried it on, I realised that it smelled like fish. The smell was pretty bad despite it being brand new. The staff were helpful and said that they smelt it too and that I shouldn't be held responsible for it despite only picking it up from them. So they called around and found an identical jacket in the same size. One of the workers ran to grab it in a nearby shop for me. This amazing experience reinforced my love for Barbour.

A very enjoyable shopping experience to purchase an iconic piece of British made clothing that I've wanted for years. The staff was very friendly and attentive, helping me find a properly fitting jacket. They also took the time explaining the care and re-waxing procedure in detail as we have very few Barbour stockists at home in Texas.

Good shop but depending on what you are looking for, it could be a bit of a problem getting the right size. I had a problem with the fit of a coat and it turned out that they had only the one coat in my size. Considering that this is a brand owned and operated store, I was a bit disappointed. The staff also weren't really sure if they can even get another coat of that size to the store and this was a coat from the current season. To be honest, it was a bit disappointing hence the 4 star rating.
