We visited this store to buy my 3rd one of these Wonderful Jackets. Unfortunately I had one inside my car that was Stolen last week. The Sales assistant, Yujin, Advised me to go and Visit the other stores which had classic Styles Available also. After 4 hours of Walking around the west End We returned to this store. Again Yujin was there to help Us choose. She Bought out 2 styles, 3 different sizes and Eventually I choose one, I then decided to try on a pair of boots and Again The same high level of service was Performed. Really happy and Pleased with this store and More importantly the High Level of customer Service. Great Customer Service is the key to success!! Thanks Again Yujin and Barbour Piccadilly. Best Hus

Nice shop, not huge, but a fair amount of stock with a floor for men, and another for women. The staff were super, really helpful, attentive, but not pushy. The attendant got everything I needed in the relevant size, and made polite and interesting conversation. Would certainly go back.

I would like to say thank you to the member of staff Estefany in Barbour International shop. Me and my girlfriend came to buy a jacket for myself and we thought that Estefany was very professional by not rushing as but observing and being patiente. As soon as I was ready to ask her for help she was very keen to do so. She helped us by checking the website as we wanted to check if is cheaper online or in store.

If you're looking for a classy but practical coat and have lots of money to spare, you should visit Barbour on Regent Street. Barbour has been pretty fashionable for a while now, and now, in his latest movie outing, even James Bond is wearing it. You won't find a coat for less than £100 here, and to be honest you should probably be prepared to part with over £200, but on the positive side, these are seriously high quality and if looked after will last years and years. Even the zips feel substantial and give a low rumble as you pull them up :) The staff will mostly leave you alone to get on with it unless you want assistance, which makes a refreshing change from being asked if you need help every five minutes in some stores. That said, if you do want help they are very friendly. Their stock levels, especially around Christmas, are not great, so if you're travelling any substantial distance to the shop then call first. It's nice to visit, try on some coats, and then maybe order online since they have a more complete range of sizes and styles there.
