Just received a pair of NW1’s and i love them. Ive never owned a pair of jeans that are so comfortable and have a strong belief that these will serve me well for years to come! Also its difficult for me to find nice denim in larger sizes but they came through! Will consider getting a custom pair made in future and will be double sure to tell my pals. Thanks!!!

Visiting Blackhorse Lane Ateliers factory and showroom was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to London! It is amazing to see firsthand how all their denim are crafted inhouse while having wonderful conversations with everyone there who was very warm and friendly. Needless to say the cut and quality of the jeans are fantastic, and the brownie in Gather E17 (which shares the same space) is not to be missed!

Excellent quality and customer service. I was unsure of my size (I fluctuate between Womens UK 10 and 12), received a call talking over sizing and they helped me pick my ideal size. I was nervous to pay much more than usual for jeans but I hate jean shopping and these will last me a long, long, long time. I feel good wearing them and they flatter my hourglass shape, certainly more than other straight leg jeans that I have tried. Very comfortable - highly recommend the N5 slim straight women's jeans and enjoyed my experience with this company. Update - after 7 months the stitching on the back pocket became undone, I’m unable to repair this myself. BHL suggested I send the jeans back for repair but it is probably cheaper I get this done locally. Be extra careful when washing these jeans, I washed them once carefully following all suggestions and they now have several stark lines in the dye. Overall I love them and wear them every day but they may not last as long as I assumed.

Denim N Dine is a unique experience, serving a fine dining tasting menu in a denim factory. Best of all it is BYO, with ice buckets incorporated into the table. One community-style dining table that seats about 20.

This isn't a shop, it's an experience. Make sure you allow time to find the perfect pair of jeans for life in this temple to denim. No fast fashion here, just high quality craft, right in front of you, that you can literally smell. Was met by Han the owner and David the resident denim-head who could not be more friendly, helpful and passionate about denim. These are remarkable quality jeans and an investment that will pay for itself over many years. As mentioned, these are jeans for life and they would not sell me more than 2 pairs, which is so refreshing! More clothes brands need to be like Blackhorse Lane Ateliers.

I ordered my jeans online on Friday afternoon and they were delivered First thing Saturday morning - amazing! I've tried raw denim from a number of different brands over the years, but these are the best quality I've ever had. Also loving the story behind the brand and that such amazing quality is being produced here in the U.K. We need more brands like this!

The first thing is that Blackhorse Lane Ateliers have a style and size to suit just about anyone. Beautifully crafted jeans in London and well worth visiting them to meet the team who make the garments. I had mine fitted and altered whilst I waited, which gave me time to chat with them as I was in no hurry. Have to say Han and the staff are so friendly and genuinely excited to meet you and talk about their wonderful company, so well worth the short hop out to them if you're in London area. I now have a blue and ecru in the E5 style and absolutely love them. Better still they are made in the UK and sustainable garments with free future repairs, so a big plus for the planet! Looking forward to breaking them in now. If you're looking for a new pair, worth paying that bit more and having them looked after in the years to come, certainly cheaper in the long run!!

Had a brilliant meal here this month, really interesting and tasty food. Felt it was very reasonably priced and enjoyed the setting of a communal table in a denim factory. Would certainly recommend and have done to friends. A lovely little surprise in Walthamstow.

I bought my first pair of raw denim jeans here, directly in the factory. Han and his team were super lovely and helped me find the right fit. I really love these jeans! Great quality, great look and great fit! If you plan on visiting the factory to try on some jeans, I would recommend to call them first. They don't keep all types and sizes in stock and the opening hours might be different than posted online.

(Translated) After 1 year and 4 months I finally have them, my jeans from Blackhorse Lane. Customer service didn't make it easy for me, communication was difficult, one-sided and not very binding, to put it that way. If it had been after the service from customer service, I would not have bought any jeans at Blackhorse Lane to this day. However, I couldn't get this studio in London out of my head and so I decided to buy a pair of jeans NW3 at the end of April 2021. I am now the enthusiastic owner of a super fitting pair of jeans in excellent quality with a rock solid denim fabric that deserves this name. Addendum to customer service, my short-term subsequent adjustment of the leg length could still be adjusted, thank you very much! Congratulations, I will only wear jeans like these, they are worth every franc! (Original) Nach 1 Jahr und 4 Monaten habe ich sie nun endlich, meine Jeans von Blackhorse lane. Der Kundendienst machte es mir nicht leicht, die Kommunikation war schwierig einseitig und wenig verbindlich, um es mal so zu sagen. Wäre es nach der Leistung vom Kundendienst gegangen hätte ich bis heute keine Jeans gekauft bei Blackhorse lane. Mir ging jedoch dieses Atelier in London nicht mehr aus dem Kopf und daher beschloss ich Ende April 2021 mir eine Jeans NW3 zu kaufen. Ich bin nun begeisterter Besitzer einer super passenden Jeans in einer hervorragenden Qualität verarbeitet mit einem grundsoliden Jeansstoff, der diesen Namen auch verdient. Nachtrag zum Kundendienst, meine kurzfristige nachträgliche Anpassung der Beinlänge konnte noch angepasst werden, herzlichen Dank! Gratulation ich werde nur noch solche Jeans tragen die sind jeden Franken wert!
