Rang ahead to check if I could just walk in for a fitting and the lady helpfully booked me in for one. Was taken to fitting rooms straight away. The staff were so helpful, my fitter was great, very friendly and didn't rush me to choose or pressure me into anything. The till lady was also very helpful at ordering an item in a different colour for me to go to my home address. The train fare to come here was well worth it, I came away very happy. Just wish they had a branch closer to me!

Had to exchange a bra bought at another bravissimo today. The girl at the counter helpfully booked me in for a fitting (had to return as there was a slight wait which is obvious for a Saturday!). I'd picked out some bras and they kept them aside for me for my fitting. The girl doing the fitting was beyond lovely - brought me different styles to try on, very patient and very friendly! Will be returning!

Had such a good experience here! Normally I have a miserable time shopping, and struggle to find things that fit me properly because of my proportions. Was approached immediately when I came in store and sorted out with a fitting and all the sizes I wanted to try in all the styles and colours I wanted, the staff were all so friendly and made me feel so comfortable and I left with two new bras after only 20-30 minutes! I didn’t catch her name but the woman who helped me with my fitting was really great, super efficient, helpful and friendly and understood exactly what sizing I’d need. The shop was really good with covid safety measures too. It was so good to have a positive shopping experience for once, really happy.

Shout out to Sara in Covent Garden! Super lovely lady worked tirelessly for an hour and a half finding me sizes to try, very happy with my purchases, bought 5 bras and walked out of the shop feeling like I shall be well supported!

Haven't visited in a while , well over 2 years. It was another great experience went to purchase a swimsuit, they had a reasonable collection, I had a little wait to try on, however, the young lady who assisted me was great, I tried on a few, going up and down in size, but nothing was too much of a bother for her. The shop was well stocked, beautiful bras and knicker sets. My SS was fairly price, but I got to use my NHS discount and that made me even more pleased. Well done Brav-o!!

Unfortunately a couple of the bras I bought were uncomfortable so I contacted customer service to ask for return and refund, they told me the process which I followed. Excellent customer service, again helpful and efficient and they processed my refund without quibble. Good company to do business with.

first time having a bra fitted and it was amazing! they don't use tape measures they just go by their expert eye, which was pleasing to me as I am very self conscious when it comes to my body size. the bras I bought are so comfy, but there's absolutely no pressure to buy anything at all, the lovely staff are more than happy to fit you (for free) with no string attached!

This store looks small on the outside, but they still manage to hold a variety of lingerie swimwear, nightwear and tops. The staff are friendly and very helpful and always on hand and ready to assist.

Great service, great pieces and an overall pleasant experience! My fitter was a sweetheart and the lady that was at the till yesterday put me immediately at ease when I was browsing the store, asked me if I was new there and explained to me how things worked. Love the service here. First young woman I saw few years ago very attentive the young girl saw thus time, although good but not as par eccellence as before. So 4 stars. They give good service, lovely private rooms very clean and they go up and down to source different bras for you to try. Please keep up this level of service - I used to go John Lewis but since they changed few years ago I find the service very poor and poor fitted bras so have lost trust in them, but not with bravissimo. So thankful I found you. Well done and keep up the high level of service and the friendly chats.

Absolutely brilliant! Best place to get measured for bras. The women know what they're talking about,you can choose to have a one to one appointment whereby they will recommend bras for your shape and to try on. It means travelling into London but if your of the bigger size especially and have difficulty in getting decent bras then I recommend Bravissimo.

Really useful staff. Good choice. Always get fitted before you buy. Prices are reasonable given how vital it is to have the right bra. They also have a recycling scheme for old bras.

Very nice shop, calm and professional atmosphere. Changing rooms are in the basement and I got an appointment to get fitted. The lady that fitted me was lovely, modest and very careful and considered while fitting me. The bras felt great as I left the shop, but soon after turned out to be fitted just a tad too small underbust. I ended up buying a litte extension, so it's all good. But I would hope that a sales lady can see that it is fitted too tightly and will end up uncomfortable, cutting into the back. Anyway, I'd still go again. Great and pretty options for large sizes (I am a 36H).

I had a great experience here. The fitter and shop people were very kind and understanding. The fitting room is out of the way and discreet. I am a trans man and so was very nervous about having to go here, but was very happy at the end of my visit.

If I was rating the staff alone it would be 5 stars. The lady that fitted me was so professional and helpful, and she went up and down stairs for me a million times getting different sizes and styles. The girl on the desk was very sweet too. I had to wait about 10-12 mins for a fitting with no appointment, Friday evening around 17:30. The store itself I thought was pretty good. The main criticism I have is that the selection is a little limited, but I expected that going in because it's a smaller store. I still found what I wanted, but perhaps a few more fancy pieces in stock would be good? 4/5 - would recommend.

if you have a bigger bust like I have than this place is just the thing for you. The service is excellent and very professional and their fitting is brilliant. I needed a bikini (in the middle of december) and I was so pleased with the way they helped me and with the beautiful models they presented me with that I bought two. (btw, the bikini's I bought offered me such good support that I swear, I could wear them all day, and they still look amazing!)

This is the best place for bras. The staff are lovely, so helpful and not intrusive and the bras are reasonable prices (under £35 usually). I take both my teenage daughters here too.

Bravissimo in general is the best lingerie for larger bust anyway, but the store had great customer service, knowledge and skills. Won't shop anywhere else now for bras. I had been to M&S the day before and that was pretty horrendous.

This is a smaller shop (the flagship is, of course, on Oxford Street), so they mostly have current collections instead of all styles, although you'll usually find good basics too... along the nice designs. Plus not everything is on the shop floor, so if you're looking for a particular size or sometimes a different colour, chances are they're in the back - so just ask one of the lovely women working there, who are super knowledgeable and helpful. They're all really nice and, most importantly, honest - so if a style isn't quite right, they'll not just (politely) tell you, they usually also have recommendations for something else that works instead!

This is my favorite lingerie store in the world! Every time I have been there I found something for me. And I know that finding the perfect bra can be a struggle. Place is nice, there is a huge selection, staff is professional and the prices are super reasonable (avg 30£ for a bra)

I have been coming here for years and both the Covent Garden and Ealing branches are great. The best thing is the staff who are super well trained and always make you feel comfortable. There is a wide range of styles sizes and colour's, no pressure selling, and nice big changing rooms. They even have a fantastic loyalty scheme where every time you buy 10 bras you get one free. No rush fitting service but do make an appointment for this, If you have to wait there is a large waiting room with sofas and magazines etc. I would recommend this place to all women who wear larger sizes bras and swimwear - lovely change from the stuffy image and limited colour's for the bigger sizes that were nearly always the case before.
