I was looking for a Jacquemus bag that, unfortunately, they didn't have in the store. However, I had a really nice time with Mitch, the guy who took care of me. Besides being super patient with me, he showed me every room of the store and every product, making the visit super pleasant. His colleague, Sunny, was lovely as well. Truly, a spectacular store, but Mitch and Sunny made my day so much better. Thanks guys, you’re stars ✨🖤

The new Browns Brook Street boutique is the retail experience I've been craving over this past year, it's immersive and delightful with incredible staff and attention to detail. The new flagship premises is beautifully designed and feels as though you're exploring someone's house with each room revealing a different theme and treasure trove of curated products. Big thanks to Anastasia who knew everything about the history and restoration of the building and gave an incredible tour that included an introduction to the in-store technology from the Browns app visual search features to the Connected Mirror in the fitting room. This place is a wonderful blend of heritage and contemporary design - looking forward to returning again soon!

This is a high end fashion store that my son wanted to visit whilst we were in London. It was a little daunting walking in with "security" in every room - it is a bit of a rabbit warren, but once we were in the section we wanted, the salesman could not have been more friendly or helpful. We would definitely be re-visiting again.

I like the variety of clothes there. The fabrics are good and the quality is high. I've recently bought a Statue of Liberty T-shirt, designed by Les Benjamins. I didn't like the Striped Tiger T-shirt it was too extraordinary and eccentric for my taste. I bought one coat from this shop two years ago and I still wear it. It looks like I bought it yesterday. The colour isn't pale. I like such purchases.

This is a cool shop I love! I can’t enjoy more. All of clothes are fabulous and no need to go each brand to find your favorite clothes. More important, I met Laurent last time, he gave me so many suggestions and helped me a lot. I supposed that he will offer you the kindest service.

Here is my place - Brown Focus Boutique <3 I can spend every day there! Yes, it's not cheap, because all the clothes are with the original designer label, anyway gorgeous T-shirts, dresses, really unique and one of a kind... and they are not just for special occasion ;) I always find something which it's worth buying The best boutique ever!

Reallly sad to here that Mr B has passed away such a wonderful witty man.. Whenever I would go to see him, he would always say to me.'Wait for the SALE'S' and when Browns have a sale I can assure you, they are the best in London..I still wear a pair of blue Gaultier trousers that I bought in 1995..if you buy quality it last my darlings.. BROWNS is not only a shop with beautiful clothes..Everyone who works there is treated as part of a family..Joan is one classy lady, with the most charming eyes and a very clever business lady..I once asked her to let my daughter Claire carry her bags around the world...it was a joke..Will so miss Sydney and his ideas on how to run the world..Hugs to you all ..linda xxx
