Got a teddy fleece here. Preferred the main shop instead of going to Size or somewhere else as I could check out and compare more or the range. Staff were very helpful.

I received great service at this shop recently. James was very helpful and friendly. I was looking for active wear and found this shop's products to be of much higher quality than everywhere else, whilst also being reasonable priced. Strongly recommend Carhartt 'American' jogging bottoms and this branch.

I am a big fan of the store. It started as convinience for me, but over the years i have moved around London and now outside London, but i still keep going back to the Soho store... because of the staff. You honestly could'nt ask for better treatment as a customer. I may be a regular and a WIP enthusiast, but i have seen the guys treat the more casual shoppers with the same attention and respect. Top Drawer. Honestly, I could do it all online (and i do shop online as well) but its almost like a day out ritual to go see Lou and the guys at the Soho store. (I also really appriciate the staff at Kings Cross, Shoreditch & Covent Garden and im also a regular at those spots) I have the upmost respect for people that work in retail anyway (i have done it myself so i understand the challenges), but these guys go above and beyond on a regular basis. 10/10.

Cannot fault my experience here, the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating, they were all more than happy to help and greeted us with contagious smiles and agreat attitude. All staff were very knowledgeable on their stock and inventory and were very attentive to our needs. It was an absolute pleasure to shop here and I can say that I will undoubtedly be shoppheee again.

Cool, store, not my favourite Carhartt Store mainly due to the size. I think this limits the amount of product they have on display...staff are always helpful and friendly.

First time in a carhartt store in London and I’m glad it was this one. Accommodating staff with a huge selection of carhartt clothes and amazing sales. Will definitely come back next time I’m in London.

Considerably smaller than the Covent Garden branch but with an arguably nicer layout. As with all Carhartt stores you'll get a good selection of rugged streetwear that expertly balances form and function. Unlike other similar brands (Supreme *cough* Stussy *cough*) the gear sold here is built to last. My last jacket managed about eight years before I decided on an upgrade, and it still had some life in it yet. Timeless stuff.

(Translated) I was in this shop in April on my trip to the UK and was generally used to a good service from Carhartt but was surprised how nice the staff was, it just figured out what you could not say about Supremes or Palace staff. The store was designed to be inviting and located right on Piccadilly Circus. The only downside was the rather small selection for Carhartt, but this can also be due to multiple London stores of the brand. (Original) Ich war in diesem Laden im April bei meiner England Reise und war von Carhartt allgemein einen guten Service gewohnt aber war überrascht wie nett das Personal war, es dachte einfach mit, was man von Supremes oder Palace Personal nicht sagen könnte. Der Laden war einladend designt und liegt direkt am Piccadilly Circus. Der einzige Minuspunkt war die für Carhartt eher kleine Auswahl, was aber auch an multiplen Londoner Geschäften der Marke liegen kann.
