We ❤️ Loewe Super large store with plenty of sculptures and art to look at. Large range of handbags and clothes, but also scented candles and scents. Service super friendly and patient, really engaging in conversation and having fun with the customers. No pressure to buy anything, a great place to look around and absorb the great design.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience in Casa Loewe. The team in this store is faultless and are extremely accommodating. This store elevates the Loewe brand. It is different to the stores of some other luxury brands, as the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere in store makes you feel at ease. I was helped by Claudia, who is very helpful and understanding. She talked me through products I was interested in and picked out a few more that I could consider. Mania, the store director has also been informative and welcoming. The products are of great quality and the store is open and inviting. I am looking forward to my next visit and continuing my relationship with the brand. Definitely worth a visit when you are in London!

Felt super at ease shopping here which cannot be said for most luxury stores. Had a great conversation about all things Ghibli with the staff who attended to me - unfortunately did not get his name. Thank you for making my experience a wonderful one and I will definitely be back!

Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience, the staff were amazing and helpful. Sadly the person who served me did not have a business card but they were excellent. My first purchase from the store but it will not be my last! Visited the store the other day, what a fantastic experience! Definitely not just another store, and such incredible service. Big shout out to Sara, who was so welcoming when I came in and so passionate about the brand and space. She took me on tour, talking about the art, the brand and the products. I left feeling so inspired which I don’t think has ever happened for from other stores. With such a lovely atmosphere and knowledgable and lovely staff like Sara, I highly recommend!

Beautiful clothes, inspiringly warm and stylish interior and staff. Exquisite clothes, stunning bags and a light hearted and welcoming atmosphere. Great styling advice if you want it but you can appreciate the artworks and shop the clothes in your own time and way if you wish. Lovely to chat to the Colombian stylist who explained the history of the brand and treated us to a lovely glass of champagne. Volveremos....those bags!

In my opinion, the Loewe product totally detracts. Blue jeans folded at the end up with a very high double, white sneakers and a cotton striped painter shirt with a very large neck. Without any grace or design. My opinion. (Original) La tienda es preciosa y sus productos muy bonitos. Unos me gustan más que otros, como es natural. Me sorprendió pero en negativo el uniforme de las dependientas. En mi opinión desmerece totalmente el producto Loewe. Pantalones tejanos doblados al final hacia arriba con un doble muy alto, deportivas blancas y una camisa de pintor de rayadillo de algodón con un cuello muy grande. Sin ninguna gracia ni diseño.
