I discovered Charlie and the Casely-Hayford team when looking for my first ever tailored suit, and the whole experience was incredible from start to finish. The final product was exquisite , but I also loved the personal side of the process, discussing options and having them on hand to really help me understand what I was looking for. I went back to Charlie and Paul to create my wedding suit earlier this year and the result was again exceptional. A stunning display of craftsmanship and a wonderful, warm welcoming team to guide you through the process.

Charlie & Paul are both fantastic to work with, they're incredibly knowledgable, super friendly and make the whole tailoring experience that much more enjoyable. I've been fortunate enough to have had a few suits made by Casely-Hayford, but last year they created the most incredible 3 piece tux for my wedding. I would highly recommend to anybody looking to get a suit made, for any occasions, to get in touch with Charlie & Paul. I just need to find another excuse to get a new suit.

In the last 12 months I have had the pleasure of purchasing 4 suits from Casely Hayford. From the moment I picked up the phone last September and first spoke to Paul and Charlie I have been treated to nothing but world class customer service and expertise at every juncture. As a result they now have a client for life. Prior to my first appointment at Casely Hayford I had only ever bought ‘off the shelf’ suits so needed a fair amount of guidance and advice through the tailoring process. During the introductory phone call Paul was informative, consultative and very personable throughout. For suit no.1 I chose the ‘Bespoke’ offering which was the Groom suit I wore on the day of my 1st wedding (covid forced us to have two) At every fitting Charlie and Paul expertly and patiently navigated me through every part of the tailoring process. I was presented with a diverse and extensive range of fabrics and styles that allowed me to tailor the suit to my exact requirements. The result was a show stopping suit that will forever be the suit I married the girl of my dreams in. For wedding 2.0 I chose the ‘Made to Measure’ offering. Once again Charlie and Paul completely understood my brief and within one appointment, we had signed off every last detail. Suit 3.0 further demonstrated the outstanding level of customer service and expertise that Casely Hayford have in their locker. I notified them that I wanted my US based best man to have a matching suit despite the fact he was only arriving in London 5 days before the wedding day. Paul immediately formulated a plan to work off some DIY measurements my BM was able to take. He then followed up with a fitting over zoom to further understand his shape and build. When he landed he had a quick final fitting in store to make some very minor adjustments and the suit was ready 48 hours before the big day. Outstanding. For suit no.4 I wanted to get a new DJ for a number of upcoming award ceremonies that my company was involved in. Specifically I wanted the jacket to colour match the company’s branding (dark green). After sending in some images and links to our website Charlie found the colour in no time and the resulting suit was exquisite and totally unique. Casely Hayford is a British institution, and they will be my tailor for decades to come.

Hands down the best tailoring experience I've ever had! I love the team at Casely-Hayford. Their work (and fabrics) are absolute quality. I sat down to do my initial consultation with the team and was amazed at how thorough they were. They wanted to get to know me, my fiancee and everything about the wedding. They truly spent the time to understand what I was looking for. Over the next few months, I came in about 4-5 times for tweaks and after about 3-months, had a custom, incredibly made suit that I was so proud to wear. Located on the perfect little street in Marylebone, neighbouring, equally individual independent businesses, all offering something special.
