I ordered a vintage compact from Cha Cha Cha as a birthday present to myself. Unfortunately it was lost in shipping. I emailed the owner, (Ruth). She was very gracious about the situation, and apologized for the lost article. Ruth offered me a refund. I asked her if she could send another one in its place. She said she would. I just opened my package. The replacement contact is gorgeous. Thank you Ruth. I just love it. Im very happy with it. Thank you Ruth for the wonderful personal experience!
