Reviews of Clutch Cafe London

Had a great experience at Clutch Cafe and thought the staff were amazing! Really unique clothes that I haven't seen elsewhere. I had 2 sales assistants (Tomo you're a star!) helping me for nearly 1.5 hours and I only ended up buying 1 pair of jeans; incredibly patient on their behalf! If I was in their shoes i would have lost the will to live :-) ! Not sure why people moan about their prices, either you can afford their stuff or not, no one is putting a gun to your head! Will definitely be going back there. Cheers guys.

Excellent selection of premium Japanese clothing and accessories for men, and amazing staff!!!! Clutch Cafe is a definate visit everytime I go to London.

Great brands and selection. Even though you pay through the nose everywhere outside Japan for Japanese brands because of taxes and duties; I can only assume here the ridiculous mark up is due to the cost of the rent of the store. Because the mark up is bonkers.

One of my favourite shops in Europe, and not only in London.
This shop has very unique and authentic pieces; Every piece is special.
The staff have great knowledge of their products. Also, they are very friendly and helpful.
A "must" visit!

Great little outpost of Japanese Americana goods with a corner coffee shop. The coffee alone is worth the visit as it's excellent quality and very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and the layout is cute.

This clothing shop has a small café on-site. The café is open from 9am to 5pm. Quirky décor and relaxing atmosphere.
Masters of making exceptionally tasty coffees! Reasonably priced, and they also have a £1 espresso deal from 11:00 onwards.
Coffees and teas are pretty much all there is on the menu (no food).
They use Vegware takeaway cups and leads, which are made from plants and fully compostable.
Friendly and efficient staff. Top spot for coffee lovers!

Really great service with a lot of unique Japanese brands and nice jacket selection from Mister Freedom.

Cool shop, some great clothing for chaps. Way to many attractive leather jackets, in a good way.

Fantastic coffee shop, lovely staff and a near perfect example of a boutique store.
A wonderful spot to pause for a coffee and a pastry and start your day.

Fantastic store. Ordered a pair of trousers and the store manager Ben was of great help, especially in getting it exchanged for a different size. Can’t wait to visit it in person!

Best Japanese American retro clothing store you can have in Europe. Obviously named by a Japanese magazine, there is a wide range of JP brand stuff. They also offer jeans shortening service. Even though the standard of service provide fluctuate a bit (it could be really good but could go wrong). It's the best bet to go if you want to try some Japanese American retro clothing.

A slice of Tokyo in the heart of London. Visited for the first time today and was not disappointed. Great selection of denim, accessories and unique Japanese pieces, with really knowledgable and friendly staff. Really cool store design/layout too, reminded me of Japan.

A lovely looking store with great things. One thing marred the experience for me though. Close shadowing by a member of staff as I wandered around. Whether he felt I looked shifty or something or was just very attentive I know not but it was a bit uncomfortable. If I was after some high end japanese clothing I would come again though.

They were very helpful helping me out with my purchase. At the time they didn’t have a webshop. I’ve selected a couple of items from their Instagram and within a few days they’ve send my order over. Very happy with it. Looking forward to visit the store. Keep up the good work ! Support your locals, people.

Great range of high quality clothing and excellent friendly service.

It can be somewhat intimidating entering stores that stock predominently high-end goods - one might expect an overly formal experience and the whole thing seems contrived. But the service I received today was second to none - warm, engaging and genuinely involved. Go see for yourself. Big up Clutch

I am really happy with the service I received from this store, and in particular from Ben. I enquired about an item that wasn’t listed on the website. It had just arrived but wasn’t online yet. I was sent photos, measurements, I was advised about how item may fit, nothing was too much trouble. I made a purchase and it turned up very quickly. Awesome 👍

Such a great shop and I was particularly impressed with the staff. A chap called Olly served me who was great, a credit to the business, I wish all shops were like this. I’ll visit as often as I can.

The shop and clothes are lovely, the chap running the shop had a face like thunder, no smile, he did acknowledge us but seemed rude almost. Not what you want when you are in a shop like that. It turned us off f buying anything.

The folks at Clutch Cafe were super helpful with measurements so I chose the right size garment, and shipping was very fast to the US. Thanks!

It's always difficult buying clothes and hoping the fit is going to be ok but when Ollie got back to me with detailed measurements everything was ok,nothing was too much trouble,so I ordered immediately and the jacket surprisingly arrived really quickly the following morning,it fits amazingly well, and I'll definitely be ordering again, many thanks to Ollie and the clutch team for the help, truly appreciated.
