Great shop, great service. The quality/value ratio in this shop is second to none. Lots of ethically sourced materials, great build and exquisite design. The men's dept in the Covent Garden shop has a particularity nice atmosphere. The staff are friendly but not oppressive

Cos garments are both well-made and long lasting; almost all their shops (including this branch) are well laid out, making it a pleasure to browse in. This is a two floor branch with a good selection of ladies clothes available. However, what made me award five stars was the warm greeting from each of the courteous and friendly (but not overbearing!) staff in this Covent Garden branch. Thank you!

Upmarket version of H&M with design emphasis on Scandinavian minimalism. If you have a problem with H&M's fast fashion ethics then look elsewhere. Quality is obviously better with prices to match. Great bargains during sales.

COS is one of my fave brands! Customer service at this store is great. Joined a slightly long queue at the front cashier counter and a male staff (or was it a security guy?) very kindly told me there's another counter at the men's section at the back.

Like cos generally, only negative is the lack of stock, feels like they only ever offer an edited range at least in men's wear. Just wish the clothes were a bit less boxy, and a bit more sexy.

Great store with friendly staff. Better quality than H&M, though obviously more expensive. Love the simplicity of the clothes - almost get a Comme des Garcons vibe from it. Not a crazy large selection of clothing like some stores, so you won't end up trudging endlessly through clothes for hours. Highly recommended.

I love Cos clothes! When I was expecting my little baby I bought a coupe of dresses which I was able to wear and look contemporary. Now that I lost my baby weight the same dresses looks stunning!
