As someone who is not from the same culture, Desi Groom were very helpful when I went to choose my outfit. They walked me around the store and took time to explain the different types of outfits and made recommendations based on my height and what would match the bride. Everything was made to measure, took 3 weeks from order to collection. Even after I went home and tried on the outfit I realised I needed an extra top to put on under, I simply called up and gave my order number and they told me to collect the same day. Went in and they had several options ready for me to choose from and all in my size. 10/10

Ordered a made to fit sherwani from here. Was ready to collect within 2 weeks. They would only let me try the top on and not rest of the outfit. Trousers were not made to measure even though they took measurements. Good thing I have my mum who is the seamstress. At home I noticed they gave me 2 right shoes so ended up having to go back to get this changed. Spent a lot of money on this outfit. You would have thought they would have checked this and avoided an unnecessary trip back to the store.

Amazing service. We needed a groom's wedding outfit in under 2 weeks, everyone in Green St was saying a minimum of 4-6 weeks and some saying they could do in 3. But Desi Groom came through in time and at a fair price in just ONE WEEK. The outfit itself I'm very happy with. Good thread work, the shawl is heavy and soft, feels opulent, the outfit was made to measure but the best thing was that the shoes are so comfortable, I've never had comfortable desi shoes, so it's a first for me.

Amazing customer service provided, especially by the Sales assistant. We purchased a Walima dress which arrived in the time frame given and was beautifully made. We then went back to them after Bidaai in green st messed up the main wedding day dress and didn't sort anything out for us with only 1 week left till the wedding. The sales assistant here provided us with amazing service and sorted us out with an amazing dress immediately. I would highly recommend Desi bride & Groom. STAY WELL AWAY FROM BIDAAI, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, MESS UP YOUR DRESS AND WONT REFUND YOU.

Paji and his brothers gave me excellent service end to end. I bought all my wedding outfits and my families from Desi Groom. The customer service was excellent and the tailoring was prompt and accurate. I would highly recommend going to Desi Groom for wedding or any other occasion shopping. They have their own factory and get pieces specially made for you in line with the occasion and your timeline.

I went to that shop for the 3rd time. First time nd second timeI bought a couple of waistcoats n a man's shower kameez the staff are quite pleasant. Yesterday I went n was looking at some more outfit n the lady pleasantly allowed me to take some pics to send to my daughter. Nowhere else allowed you to do so. Keep the good attitude and smile. Treated my brother in law like a proper Raja! Great service, only thing was that his hat wasn’t ready. We ordered a special one and it hadn’t turned up. But apart from this, the rest was great. Just a shame about the hat as it would’ve completed the look. But what can you do when it’ll only come after the wedding now.

Got an amazing sharwani for my wedding. I did order a gold turban to wear also, however this was not made and was given another one from in store instead (made the best out of a bad situation). Delivery took longer than expected due to COVID and an error, however, got it better late than never. Overall, staff were friendly and did their best. Satisfied customer for sure

I went in looking for an asian style blazer. 4 Days before I needed to wear it. I saw the one I wanted, quite liked it, but the size was way too big. Desi Groom were able to have it fitted PERFECTLY for me to pick up in a couple of days at no extra cost. A bit of late review for my wedding in August 2019 but thought I'd leave a review as the shop deserves it. Bunty pretty much kept to his word and was the first shop I've come across in green Street that managed to keep to their own deadline. My sherani came as i wanted it, with any adjustments being able to done within 30 mins (as long as his tailorer is not busy). He has pretty up-to-date outfits and a really good selection. Heads up for customers though: -Bunty loves to shout and may come out rude but don't take it to heart - he's really a nice guy underneath. -To my Bangladeshi bredrens - he can speak and understand bengali so don't be thinking you are smart speaking in your native tongue because he will catch you out! Will defo come back to this shop again for my future sherwani needs )

Cannot recommend Desi Groom enough to everyone. The company I went with first to complete my sherwani failed to complete my outfit properly. Luckily Desi Groom were able to create a new sherwani and adding all the designs I wanted within 2 weeks. They were able to create a really nice sherwani and I cannot find any faults at all. I would happily visit this store again in the future and I cannot thank them enough for creating a one of a kind sherwani.

Bought a white sherwani from them which was hard to find across southall and other shops in green st. Was able to customise the sherwani to what i needed and they delivered on time. Good customer service as well.
