A. G. O.- Staff were friendly- when I entered the shop about 3/4 staff members all welcomed me. When I asked where the men’s shoes were the lady was helpful and followed me downstairs to help me.
- I asked to try on the shoes as I wasn’t sure what size I would be and there wasn’t a problem. I asked to try both shoes on because one foot is bigger than the other and I can’t remember which one is bigger and there was no issue. I walked around the seats to see how the shoes felt and never got the feeling they were annoyed or getting impatient with me.
- A man who worked there soon came over with the card machine to pay when I was sat down. The same lady then carried the bag upstairs for and gave me the bag just before i left
- The security guard was friendly and said hello and goodbye and wished me a good day
- The shoes were well packaged

T.Top class customer service from Cindy when we came to purchase a handbag for the other half yesterday. She was very knowledgeable and we were never rushed into any decision. Doormen and other staff all seemed friendly too. Will return in future if we need more Dior!
