Bought my daughters prom dress from Diversity Design today. Dress is beautiful ; but most impressive was the service. Very welcoming staff that knew their stuff! The girls made my daughter feel comfortable and hyped her up when she found a dress she loved ! Would 100% recommend.

We went on the much dreaded prom dress shopping tour today and could not be happier about having gone into Diversity. Tash and Victoria were super helpful and friendly and our daughter got to try so many amazing designs. We NEVER felt being pushed into buying anything, Tash soon figured out how to persuade our daughter to enjoy the experience and to try different colors, shapes, and to decide based on how she looked and felt, rather than on how it looks on the shop or on a website. Would 200% recommend to go straight to Diversity. Very reasonably priced too. Ladies, MANY THANKS!

Tried multiple prom dress shops including some very high end ones in Birmingham and even in those I didn’t have as good customer service as in this store, all the girls were really quick to help and were really lovely which made shopping for dresses a much more easy and enjoyable experience. Found my prom dress here and it was my favourite even after looking in every store. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking For dresses, left the shop feeling really Happy. Xxxxx

I had recently bought a dress from this shop for my daughters prom. When we walked in we had no idea of what to expect as we’d been in and out of shops most of the day. Tasha (sorry if I got ur name wrong) saw that we wasn’t too sure about what we wanted so she helped us find the perfect dress and for a reasonable price. So thank you for your help and guidance towards the right dress it turned out to be a show stopper 💃🏽😁

From the moment we entered the shop everyone was very helpful and efficient. The young ladies couldn't have helped anymore than they did. When we went to leave with a beautiful dress the first lady who helped us asked if we had found one we liked...when we said yes she was genuinely pleased. So many dresses, so beautiful well, and beautifully cheap! The staff were really nice and helpful as well! The cheap prices make it easy to alter a dress if you're on a budget.

Travelled from Basingstoke and visited numerous of shops then we found these guys.OMG Tash was amazing, she could see my daughter was on the brink of tears for not finding her dream prom dress. Tash went above and beyond helping Megan to find her dress, low and behold 2 dresses in we had nailed it. Tash knows her stuff and is honest in her opinion (trust me she doesn’t hold back if you look like a bag of spuds). If I ever require another dress I won’t go anywhere else. Even if I’m getting on a bit now ;-)
