Firstly, I wanted to say that being in this shop was really really lovely. I was looking for a graduation dress and looked in many stores to find basically absolutely nothing that I liked. My mum found this store online and we made an appointment to come. I saw some people in the reviews commenting about how the shop people seemed biased against those with a lower budget but I can’t say this was true in my case! I got a bit afraid because the dresses online cost around a grand, but I left the shop having found the most perfect dress under 200 pounds. (Which whilst not exactly cheap is pretty worth it for a perfect fit dress for a special occasion!). Everyone there was lovely and made us feel very welcome- and even gave us advice on what we can do outside of their shop such as tailor the dress on our own, or in our own town versus their shop to save money. The staff were lovely and gave brilliant advice, fully understanding that the most important thing is that you feel happy and comfortable in the dress. It was a lovely experience, and I would reccomend- i found a dress that I think will stick with me from now all the way through to uni balls! -Anna

Samantha is absolutely fantastic and saved me from about-to-be a ruined night. My dress I purchased from a different shop didn't get delivered correctly by the courier so I had to find a dress to wear for a White tie ball on the event day at 12:30pm (when I had to leave at 5:30pm for the ball). With my hair and makeup appointment beginning from 2:45pm, Samantha was not only understanding my situation, she was respectful of my budget (as much lower than most dresses in shop since I spent a fortune for the dress that never arrived already). Then, she found a perfect dress within 15min! Marvellous shop & even better customer service. Samantha even helped me finding a same day tailor. Thank you!

came in here today after going to another area in london which was awful, im a really fussy person and not a dress person at all so i was already nervous to look for a prom dress but honestly this was such a good experience, the only 2 ladies were lovely and were so in control! they helped me find a perfect dress, zip them up, unzip them, take them and hang them up, all whilst dealing with about 4 different customers at one time and about 20 different dresses. keeping in mind i was the only person in there as it had just opened, you can tell its a popular shop as by the time i left and had found the perfect dress, so many people had arrived. my dress was on the more expensive side but i couldn't be happier, and you get booked in for it to be altered in store as well! definelty recommend, thank you so much!!

It's a mixed review. On one hand the shop has a great selection of formal party dresses. On the other, service is quite biased towards people visibly rich (which seems consistent with other negative reviews). They welcomed us by saying all dresses start at £500 (which we expected). As we didn't run away, once staff got convinced we're there to buy, they were very helpful. When we found and bought a dress we liked, I was told to come for a fitting the following day (it was too long). I didn't expect (and was never told) that the fitting will be paid separately (£100). Given the price of the dress, and our experience in other shops of this class, we'd expect fitting is a part of the dress price - you pay for a perfect dress, and it should fit perfectly. We've never been asked to pay separately for tuxedo fitting. Overall - good place to shop if you don't mind being treated well only because of the content of your wallet.

They went above and beyond and my daughter found her dream dress. I can't praise them enough for their customer service and look forward to going back to pick up the dress next week in a different size which they ordered from one of their shops up North. I visited dress2party London in October last year. I travelled quite far from the store but was not disappointed . Had a lovely experience getting my prom dress, after trying prom dresses on for years I finally found my absolute dream dress. The stock they have is gorgeous . When I tried on my dress I knew in seconds it was the one . The staff were really helpful with getting me the one I wanted and the size I needed. Would really recommend !! I chose Dress 2 Part based on a friends recommendation and I'm so glad that I did. I absolutely love this store! Like many girls, I was looking for a unique dress that would stand out for all the right reasons. I bought my gorgeous Sherri Hill Prom dress from the London store and not only did I love the dress, but the entire experience was fantastic. With absolutely no clue of the kind of dress I wanted, the staff were very helpful in helping me come to a decision regarding shape, colour, length etc. They were very accommodating of the fact that I wanted to try on at least 10 dresses. They helped me change in and out of each dress and made honest comments on all of them, helping me find the dress that best suited me. The attention given to each girl in the store was very impressive, especially seeing as I visited in February half term and therefore it was rather busy with girls, each looking to buy their prom dress ahead of the exam period. The shop itself is bright, airy and modern - a very enjoyable place to spend your saturday. My mum was also well accommodated for, with a comfortable chair to sit in, an array of magazines and offers of refreshments. Overall, I am certain that my prom dress shopping experience was made even more special by the fact that I chose Dress 2 Party. I even won 'Prom Queen' thanks to my gorgeous nude, jewelled Sherri Hill masterpiece. Thank you very much Dress 2 Party!

Took my Canadian friends there who were looking for a prom dress for their daughter. We were welcomed and offered brilliant service. The young Lady had her heart on a specific gown, unfortunately her size was not in stock. I brought my prom dress from this amazing boutique in London coming all the way from Southampton but it was so worth it. The staff were so helpful in helping me chose the dress, and I even had to go back a second time to get a size change, but ended up buying a more expensive dress (whoops). I initially took my daughter up to Dress 2 Party in order just to browse the dresses and maybe to get an idea of style and fit and perhaps have something similar made. However, from the moment we entered the shop we were hugely impressed with the service and the quality of dresses. The staff were totally unpretentious and gave us the feeling that we were not only buying the dress but also the entire experience. Dress 2 Party Temple Fortune (London) I went shopping for my Engagement Party dress after being recommended to the store. Visited last week with my daughter who was looking for a Prom/debs dress. We were very happy to be able to look at all the dresses without being rushed (and there are a lot of dresses!). When she had made some choices she was informed about similar dresses. Again there was no hurry while she was trying them on and assistance and advice was freely available. She chose a dress, decided to think about it and we returned the next day to buy it. Again staff members were very helpful despite being very busy. Great selection and service and well worth a visit. We went to the London store from Essex. Parking was easy, and we could not get over how many dresses were actually available to chose from. I had to buy a dress in a rush for an event in January and was starting to panic because I could not find any when I found the Dress 2 Party website (I live in Paris). I got in touch with the London store and they helped me select a dress within the styles I liked and for which they had my size in stock. In less than 48 hours and after numerous email exchanges, they had shipped the dress to me. The dress arrived only a few days later and the only alteration I had to do was to shorten it. The dress was absolutely gorgeous and so unique, I got lots of compliments. I look forward for having to attend another event to shop there again!

my daughter found a prom dress that she wanted in dress to party london. so we drove up the lady in the store that helped us was amazing. We spent a few hours trying on different dresses and ended up leaving with a completely different dress to the one she had been looking at everyday for the last few months. We came here last weekend and I have to say it is the best prom dress shop around. It was like an Alladins Cave. They not only had all the dresses in the shop but what felt like an endless supply out the back too. It was busy the day we went so we waiting a while for a dressing room but it was worth it. Amazing service! I fell in love with a dress made by Sherri Hill so I googled stockists and Dress 2 Party came up. A girl called Vanessa managed to locate the dress in America for me and order it. I paid over the phone and their communication was great. Once it arrived they took care of it until I was able to collect. Came here with my sister and mom a couple of weeks ago to try and find a dress for prom. I'm not super into fashion or anything but I decided to go all out for my last year of school and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received at dress2party. The choice was amazing - you literally have a plethora of dresses to select from. Moreover, the ladies working at the shop were lovely and so knowledgable - they suggested to my sister and I exactly what would look good on our body shapes and the right sizes for us. I would really recommend actually going to the shop instead of buying online because I for example, would have normally ordered a 6/8 but ended up needing a 0 with extra tailoring to bring it in. It's just so dependent on the style/brand. There was no pushiness whatsoever, to the extent that I ended up buying a dress several hundred pounds cheaper than one I'd liked earlier because I saw (with their help) how much better it suited me. Convenient to get to and I cannot emphasise what a positive, fun experience it was. They can even recommend a good tailor for you. Thanks for everything!

I had a last minute panic before Galaxy Pageant Finals over my fashion outfit. The assistant Sam in Glasgow store was excellent, she put me at ease also advised on appropriate outfit for the round. There was a great variety of colours and styles in my size to try on I also tried on colours I would not normally wear. Sam was able to assure me no-one had purchased this outfit from her store for the same pageant. I would highly recommend this company and their staff for putting us at ease and turning our panic into an easy transaction.

Lovely service and advice on the choice of a perfect dress !! However once we got home I realised that some glitter of the dress had fallen off and the dress had some loose threads that caused some of the dress’s decor to fall off. Nothing that can’t be fixed with a little bit of hairspray though. Just wish that such an expensive dress came in a perfect condition.
