Ela is one of my first shopping stops as soon as I arrive in London. They always have the most well curated things; not just clothes but Jewelery , skincare, and even the cutest decoration ornaments and accent pieces for the house. This cute shop in Knightsbridge is definitely a must visit!

I absolutely love shopping at Ela London. I don’t think I have ever walked out empty handed. Absolutely beautiful store from the jewelerry to the fashion. I bought my wedding earrings and they just could not be nicer in store. The earrings are just so statement and cool, can't wait to wear them and then returned home wishing I would have had a look for bridesmaids as well , so I then tried to order on line but they were out of stock . Rang up again so so lovely couldn't do more to help ordered them for me straight away , being posted tomorrow all on time for my big day !! Thank you so much guys :) I will definitely be keeping an eye on your pages and will visit next time in London.

Favourite store in London. Beautiful and unique pieces with a personalised lovely and warm service. The owner has a wonderful eye for new designers and her own creations are fabulous. The store carries both day wear but also has gorgeous formal and cocktail evening wear, accessories, jewellery and shoes.

I have received the most fantastic service from this boutique. I ordered the most gorgeous dress online which arrived the next day. The dress had previously not been added yet online and I was sent a video of the dress so I could see it in more detail. I cannot recommend this boutique enough and I can honestly say the service provided has been the best I have ever received.

I couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere than with ELA and her team. I’m getting married in September and saw a dress that I really liked in the shop window that I hoped I could wear to the dinner the evening before the big day. One of the lovely shop assistants showed me in to the fitting room and actually took the window/display dress off the mannequin after deciding it was closest to my size. After falling in love with this dress, the owner herself wanted to make sure that it was a perfect fit and the colour was right on me and offered me various swatches of fabric for me to choose from. I ended up picking a completely different colour which suited my skin tone better all based on the advice of Elena. I have never experienced such care and kindness in the whole process of buying a dress! The owner said that because it was such an important dress and because I was also in- between sizes, she would measure me and reserve the material to custom-make a dress for me closer to my wedding date as she was worried I’d lose too much weight (for no extra charge whatsoever!!). You would think she was actually making my wedding dress! I didn’t receive even half as much concern from my bridal shop! Elena took my number and whatsapped me to make sure I remembered my dress fittings and gave me a big hug after everything was sorted. I can’t thank her enough, just the most special experience.

(Translated) I went there to buy a gift for a friend. The saleswomen are very welcoming and patient because I put an infinite time to choose. There are beautiful clothes and accessories. It's mostly the latter that interested me. Everything is quite expensive and it is not possible to exchange accessories if it does not fit. (Original) J’y suis allée pour acheter un cadeau à une amie. Les vendeuses sont très accueillantes et patientes car j’ai mis un temps infini à choisir. Il y a des vêtements magnifiques et des accessoires. Ce sont surtout ces derniers qui m’ont intéressée. Tout est assez cher par contre et il n’est pas possible d’échanger les accessoires si cela ne convient pas.
