D. P.Just picked up a new suit for work from here having been served by Duncan. Although he works in the made to measure section, he still helped me with buying an off the rack suit. What I really liked about Duncan was his knowledge and attentiveness, taking this time to measure me for the little alterations to make me suit fit perfectly, as well giving me advice on how to maintain my suit to get maximum use out of it. On top of that, he was also just an all round good bloke. When I next need to buy a new suit, Duncan will be the first person I visit.
L. T.Their selection in this shop is “City” centric, still I found one of the items I was after. Ian gets 10/10 for his amazing and genuine customer service, and for getting out of his way to ring the Sloane St shop to get an alteration arranged ASAP. Great stuff!

Fairly expensive but you do get what you pay for. They also offer a tailoring service and there is a Hackett men's barbers next door
