Outstanding!! I was collecting a gift that one of my clients had purchased. Staff were very courteous and professional, rather than ask me to go to collect the items, a member of staff contacted my contact at the store, Berta Mora, she came down with the beautifully packaged items along with a huge smile.. I then signed to confirm collection, warm handshakes all round and I was on my way. It was a pleasure being in Hermes, thank you all for all you did for me today Best wishes to all.

I had an extremely pleasant experience today. My SA is Elena. She is very nice, helpful and patient. The waiting time is not too bad and i was quite lucky to get my wanted item in a beautiful seasonal colour which I didnt expect.

Beautiful store, but appears to be somewhat understaffed at present - I had a long wait just to pick up something ordered online and the store did not seem particularly busy. When I was served, however, the young woman was very sweet and very helpful.

I don't resonate a few of the negative sentiments here. As soon as arrived I was assisted in my quest. Alistair was spot on with his advice and knowledgeable on the product range. Went to buy clic clac h but eventually realised the clic h with white and gold enamel might have been better suited. Very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to hand the gift over. Will come back again for sure.

I have to say that I completely disagree with most people who seem to think the customer service is awful. I have to say that I have found the ladies at Hermes to be helpful, polite, professional exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to not only go the extra mile but most importantly do it with a smile. It is very easy to to criticise and it is often more difficult to praise. Great store, beautiful products and a pleasure to do business with. Thank you

Been shopping here since at least 1985, never had any cause to complain. One of the few shops in London that's stayed on the same site...probably best to shop in Bond Street during the week (i.e avoid Saturdays) ...& try and at least to look the part (this is Bond Street) & be clear about what it is you want to purchase will help sales staff...reading other reviews here I don't know why folk don't just purchase online if it's THAT difficult...

The space store is spacious, luxury and worthy for the price. However, I felt that the staff was trying to pull and urge me to buy products. Some products don't have the price tags.

Five star price but 10 star service. I like the decor and the attentive staff. Downside? Too many diva-wannabes. I suppose you can’t stop them showing off and preening around, but their pseudo nouveau riche demeanour is just irritating. My advice? Go in, grab whatever you want and leave.

I totally agreed a person wrote review below me. It is very disapointing that their service quality has certainly been dropped. I have been to shop and got things before and liked them. This time I wanted to appeal here because it was way beyond for luxury goods store service. Not only in Bond St. store but also concession in Selfridges and Harrods. I wanted to ask something to them,they looked quite bothered,if I changed my mind, it seemed very disturbed. It was a problem they had not had enough stock for certain types of product. I hope they will improve their service one day which I would like to see their first quality again.

After a mix up with my driver I walked in thinking this was a Hermes courier collection point. After 10 minutes of confusion I was asked to leave. But until that point it was very much an above average place. Lovely.
