Buying a trench coat for partner, Lubar was incredibly helpful and great. She went downstairs to check a size 8 in something that wasn’t on the floor and they had it! She then spent 10mins steaming the item for us before we purchased. Very nice. Thanks so much for the great jacket!🧥

I needed to buy a particular Hobbs suit for work and Solange and Mo were incredible. They not only helped me with the clothes that were in the shop, but also found a jacket at another store and organised for it to be sent to me. They have since helped one of my colleagues to source the same suit - the service here has been beyond incredible

The best store so far! all staffs are helpful and attentive. My purse got lost but almost two weeks after that I got contacted from this shop that they found my property! They genuinely put their efforts to return it back to me, suggested to keep it with them until I could go and pick it up myself as it's quite valuable but I don't wanna bother them too long to preserve my personal belonging cus it's actually not their responsibilities. So they posted it to my address without additional charge. I'm so grateful for their attention and dont know how to let others know so I decided to write a review here. I love Hobbs!! Great quality and beautiful feminine ladieswear. From smart casual, all day dresses to occasional wear. You can't go wrong! I always go to their store in Covent Garden! The shopping experience is amazing every time I go. The Covent Garden knowledgeable friendly and professional staff provide a 5 star shopping experience! Assisting me finding the right outfit or a dress for the right occasion and the right size shoes!! Last week Mo and Solange helped me to order a suit that was not available in the store, find another pair trousers in another store and order it too! Thank you so much ❤

I went into Hobbs in convent Garden on Saturday morning and I truly cannot express just how impressed I was with the staff, clothing and generally the uplifting atmosphere! I was served by Ellie and Mo, I requested Ellie select some items for me as I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for in. Ellie asked me a small selection of questions relating to my personal style, colours I liked, what occasions was I going to be wearing these dresses too. While I had a browse through the sale rails; Ellie set up a dressing room for me and placed 7 items she'd chosen for me, after coming to find me I showed her the items I'd selected she said she would sizes for me while showing me to my changing room. The selection Ellie choose for me were better so much than the items I'd chosen for myself. I've never been so impressed. While I tried the items on Ellie offered my high heeled shoes so I could check the length of my dress with added height, further spoke to me about how I could style up my items up with different accessories. All in All, I don't really leave reviews on Google but on this occasion, I was so impressed with the quality and level of service Ellie provided me with that I simply had to leave a review! Photo attached is one of the dresses Ellie recommended and I truly am in love with it!

Lead stylist Cuddina Ottway is a real asset to the store. They offer free personal stylist sessions and deliver honest, insightful advice. As one of London’s top stores, the space is bright, well laid out, and there are plenty of staff to help and assist.
