The blonde lady on the till when I went on Sunday was super helpful and friendly, made sure my exchange was painless. I didn’t see much of the shop so can’t really comment on it. Love the Gilly Hicks range, shame it wasn’t too big in this particular Hollister

I really like the brand but the shop feels so crammed. For a shop on Regent's St, you'd expect it to be a better experience: it feels small, walkways are tiny and till queues are relatively long.

Nice staff, great place, good prices and good location. Would have put 4 star as the person who designed the shop in my opinion didn't do a good job, but with how helpful and nice the staff have been I can't help but give 5.

Beware of some of the clothes especially the straps was about to buy a dress but realise the strap had been sew on wrong don’t waste your money, on sale items when there but perfect. Also annoying how only two changing rooms were open and they was all the way downstairs.

Located right next to it's competitor SuperDry is a big plus. Ive been there during clearance sale period soon after new year. Store has very unique and uber cool infrastructure but shame that merchandise aren't well placed. I'd have liked the reduced price on the merchandise rather than me calculating 30% or 40% of on them. Staff are good but they don't wear a staff tag so you would be unsure of who to ask about any questions you may have. They have the 10%/10£ off for new members for nexf purchase and staff at billing counter explains it well. Nevertheless the quality of the merchandise is too good for the price.

Love this store, literally buy all my clothes from Hollister. Great design, great quality, and great relatively cheap prices. Sizes are always available and the staff are very willing to help. My girlfriend also enjoys shopping in the female section and always comments about the variety of clothes available. We are huge fans.

Like another reviewer pointed out, lots of small rooms. Seems to par for the course with Hollister and A&F. Quality of clothing is alright for the price in the USA of Canada but not so when a £ symbol is attached. Then again you buy what suits your trend and with that in mind this is probably the place to go if you want to spend your down time advertising someones brand. Staff are really great though which always helps.

I love hollister clothes and this store is no different, the staff are very friendly. The layout here isn't great, not sure if they designed the rooms, stairs etc but it isn't the best and can be difficult navigating when really busy.

For a start, it is very clear that this place is owned by Abercrombie & Fitch. It has the same sort of store layout, including the mood lit shops, which provide a good atmosphere for the store, make it had to get a proper look at the clothing before it can be purchased. Other similarities with A&F are that the clothing has a very similar style, with the muscle fitting t-shirts which are made from the same fabric. Pleasantly one aspect of A&F that isn't shared with Hollister is the price, with the clothing only having a small premium to the price.

Good variety of clothing for both men and women. The shop is intentionally dim lit to go with the hollister theme. The checkout was a little hard to find since the floor map says that there is a checkout on the top floor and bottom floor when infact its on the middle floor.

This is good American clothing brand and it is locating on Regent street Oxford Circus, if you want get quality clothing in low price than should visit there.

Hollister is basically a cheaper version of Abercrombie, and in the UK, that's a big plus as their prices are so inflated compared to the US. The store is dark, loud and there's often a queue (but that might be for the topless male models who guard the entrance...). The shape and cut of their shirts make them one of my favourites. Top tip: If you don't fancy queueing, there are two entrances and you can normally just walk in the other one.

Large store on Regent Street near Piccadilly circus. Not the cheapest but quite often with offers like buy one get one 50% off. In the basement you'll find odd items on sale. I especially like their t-shirts the cotton is super soft and cosy.
