I have always wanted a set or 2 of underwear from here, on Sunday me and my best friend planned a day out shopping! The shop itself is clean, tidy and very cute. The staff where lovely, very attentive and helpful. Can't wait to go back. Xxx

My new favourite lingerie store in London! After going to multiple stores trying to find a specific style and either experiencing low quality or too high of price range, I stumbled upon Honey Birdette which had SO MANY options reasonably priced for the incredible high quality. The service and care provided (by Eva and Iman) was next level, and included consulting, hearing out my vision and helping me find exactly what I wanted in a style best suited for my body and colour request.They were also just fun to be around and had great vibes. The store is beautiful, carries top-quality essential lingerie, luxury bondage and toy options, and beautiful colourful options for full sets and bodysuits. I'm so happy with my purchase today and will definitely be back for more!

What a shop!!!! The staff are above and beyond helpful as well as patient. Not a huge shop but still an excellent variety of products. My favourite being the.... Press here for champagne Button :) Pirya the Australian lady that served us.... 10/10 we cannot thank you enough, you deserve a pay rise. Outstanding products not to expensive like a third of the price of agent provocateur not as ornate but you could wear honey birdette products everyday if you tried that with alternative products they would be to flimsy. 10/10 everything think our bill was about £600 we only went on for a look.... That's a good sales member of staff. Thanks again

Came here with a friend as I have been going crazy about HB lingerie for a while... and it was by far such an amazing experience!!! I got to try two sets and the ladies at the store were more than helpful and super friendly. Eve helped me with choosing correctly the bras that would fit me better, and also she was very sweet and fun. We ended up spending like an hour there but it felt like just 20 min as we couldn’t stop chatting with the girls and making jokes. Thank you so much for the attention and can’t wait to come back here again soon!!

Only in London for the week and although I have followed them online, I just haven’t had any occasion to buy anything before. Popped in the first night I got in about an hour before closing because I needed stockings for the next morning and the shop gal happily helped me find what I needed for the occasion. Went back today to actually check out the rest of the store and try on a couple things I’d seen on their Instagram feed and was totally not disappointed! Shop gal was really helpful with recommendations/feedback on different bras based on my body and preferences and available sizing. The ladies there today seemed really interesting and were fun to chat with about some of the differences between US and UK culture. Left with an amazing body suit, a faux leather bra that looks amazing on, and a better understanding of the brand for future purchases. I absolutely love lingerie (my major vice) and have quite a collection of Agent Provocateur (mostly because they used to have a number of shops in the United States and I prefer to buy higher priced lingerie after I have a chance to actually try it on or I have a really good understanding of the brand in general) but I’m definitely looking forward to working in more Honey Birdette pieces now 💕🖤 And total bonus that they helped me alter a summer dress into a slip and let me change in the dressing room after I realized I left the slip for my outfit back in Ohio and had to come up with a quick solution.

I've been here several times now and the staff are just brilliant. The last time I was in there, they didn't have an item in stock so Chloe called another location and had them send it to my home address at no extra charge. The quality of the items are really good and I'll definitely be back in here more often.
