Overall the experience of buying from Jennis & Warmann is ok. Their communication is average at best. As a collective, we ordered 3 separate suits as custom fitted and different styles. It's totally understandable that the suits can come slightly too big or too small as we did measure ourselves. However, to deliver completely different styles as to what was ordered is strange. The whole experience was ruined by using Hermes. Although my suit is now with me, the jacket and waist coat will be fine for the day of my wedding, however, the trousers were not taken up and are, 6 inches too long so I will now have to rectify this over Christmas to save the risk of sending it back and not returning. Would I buy again, from this company, probably not. Maybe allowing customers to visit for tailoring and collection would make a big difference.

I ordered the suit on 8/16 and received it 10/1 overseas. I was promised 35 to 45 days and it came in exactly on time. I tried it on and it’s a very good fit. The material is well structured. I can tell this is going to last quite a number of years.

I ordered a blue tartan suit from Jennis & Warmann and it's simply incredible. The craftsmanship and weight are everything I was hoping for and more. I will definitely be buying more from the company and would highly recommend it.

The manufacturing time can run a little long, but if you give yourself that extra time, you will not be disappointed. The customer service is fantastic and the quality is superb. I wanted a budget-friendly brown tweed suit for my wedding, and Jennis and Warmann made that possible. I highly recommend them

Received my suit yesterday and can't fault the quality and work that has gone into it. I opted for the made to measure option with using my own measurements - fits like a glove. There are a lot of negative comments about the time it takes to deliver - mine was 3 weeks over the 4/5 weeks they quoted. If you can't look past this or plan well in advance I would use these guys

Excellent service from start to finish. I needed suit for a wedding and time was tight. By using the express service (£50 premium) it arrived on time. Very happy with the suite, I opted for the, "off the shelf" and the various adjustable options, it fits very well. The quality is remarkable for the price. Jannis & Warmann will be getting repeat business from me. Would highly recommend this outfitters. But I will probably keep this little gem to myself.

If I could write two separate reviews, one for the suit and another for the customer service I would. As I can't they get 3 stars. The suit was great, very happy with it and really well made. The suit alone would get 5 stars. Like many other comments on here, the customer service was absolutely awful. Difficult to contact, multiple ignored emails. Suit was very late. Ignored my plea to refund the delivery costs, which I requested as the suit took a long time to arrive. I wouldn't use them again, but if you have time and can handle the above. Go for it!

My experience with J&W has been outstanding. I emailed to check on the progress of my order which was replied to very quickly and courteously. The suits are extremely well made and the value for money could not be beaten. I ordered three suits for three adults and a custom made suit for a four year old page boy. I was extremely happy with what I had received and within the time they had said. They state on their delivery information page that they do take a month to get to you. I would advise people to allow 6-8 week in case of delays, as at this low price they are clearly not made here in the UK. I have had lots of nice comments on the suit and have recommended J&W to family and friends.

Suits look great and are made from quality material. We used these guys to outfit our wedding party including our ring bearer. They took a little longer to arrive than anticipated and we initially had an issue with the suit that was custom made for our ring bearer. Once we addressed the issue with Jay in Customer Service, he and Jennis jumped into action. The team of tailors were able to produce a new jacket and vest very quickly and they expedited the delivery so we had the replacements in time. A big thank you to the entire team for the role they played in creating a very special day for our family.

The style of suits J&W offer are uniquely amazing. They offer suits off the rack or for a small charge they will custom make your suit for you. I opted for the custom made option and they also designed a pair of shorts to match the suit. The finished product was unbelievable. The suit fit like a dream and was top quality. The staff were happy to make any alterations as required. They did not push any of their other products on to you, but were happy to offer their expert advice when needed. Everybody at my wedding commented on the quality of my suit and numerous guests have asked where I got it from so they can look at purchasing their own suit. My made to measure three piece tweed suit arrived today and exceeded all of my expectations. The quality of the cloth and the workmanship are outstanding. I made sure that I had plenty of time for the creation of my suit, and I adhered to the letter when taking my own measurements (don't add or subtract from your measurements thinking you are making the allowances) This is the company's job, and they do it exceedingly well. I am not what you would call a standard size or shape - I am 6ft 4ins and weight 18.5 stones - this is the best fitting suit that I have ever had. I recommend Jennis & Warmann without hesitation.

We researched a number of suit suppliers for our Wedding in November of 2019. In the end we chose Jennis and Warmann as they could customise the 5 suits we required, and all for a reasonable price. The service from day one was brilliant - the measurements by Jean-Paul at their offices in London were spot on, and the quality of the suits speaks for themselves. When we needed to get a quick adjustment done to one of the jackets only a couple of weeks prior to the Wedding, due to an ever growing nephew it was taken care of with no hassle, and delivered back to us in time for the wedding.
