I have ordered my child's school wear last week and i paid for 1st class delivery which was £4.50, The order is been shipped on the 6th and today is 7th and have received it! Great customer services was helpful , will order from them again even if i have to change the school of my child.

I went to Khalsa today to get my son's school uniform for Gatehouse, and the lady who served me was so helpful and patient. The staff were really well informed and after changing my mind on a few things, the sales assistant said to me "I will be happy when you are happy". Really great experience!

Fantastic! They had all the older children sizes in stock which was excellent as these sizes tends to be out of stock in all places just before school starts. Had a personal assistant who got the clothes and sizes out for us. Was a very smooth experience from start to finish.

There are bits of uniform you have to get from this shop you have no choice really. For other items ie trousers, shirts skirts etc unless you need some kind of special school logo on it, i would order these things online from other retailers you will get them much cheaper.

Fantastic customer service!! We had ordered the shortest school skirt allowed for our school online but it was still way too long as my daughter is very petite. Khalsa were at the school today and they had some shorter skirts reserved for petite girls so we exchanged them and they look so much better! The guy who served us was excellent and bent over backwards to help us, he literally saved the day! Thank you <3

Excellent service and very quick even though there are long ques. The uniform is good quality and made to last so i don't have to keep replacing items. It is not the absolute cheapest however it is not expensive considering the quality of the uniform.

The staff were very courteous and nice while helping my daughter with her uniform fitting. They had everything we needed including shoes. I had to change an item for a longer lenght during the xmas season, a staff member told me she would contact the manufacturers after the holiday season to find out if they had it in stock True to her word, she called me last week to come and pick this up as it had been delivered to the store for me. I'm so pleased.

Khalsa Schoolwear was the best customer shopping experience I've had for years. Our daughter was to start her secondary school in less than a week, we travelled from West London to the shop in Bethnal Green and traffic meant we arrived with 10 minutes of opening hours left. The shop was busy and the queue was down the street. However, the gentleman at the door assured us that they would NOT be closing until everyone queueing had been served. The queue moved quickly and we were assigned a customer service assistant. She was helpful, bought us many options and returned to the stock room again and again cheerfully. They are so organised even when the shop is so very busy. We left with everything we needed and did not feel rushed at any point. Thank you Khalsa staff, you were absolutely great.

Went in today. I had to wait in a queue to get in, not particularly long, but then a young man was allocated to me to help me find everything I need. Knew his stuff and I quickly got everything I needed in the right sizes. No queue at the till and the lady serving me was lovely. All in all a great experience!

Very smooth and efficient service. Get your uniforms before the end of the holidays because the queues can be long. Friendly and courteous staff. Prices are brain-meltingly high but this is stuff for the year so it is what it is. If your kid has had a growth spurt then the uniforms go by size and you'll pay more. One of my boys is very tall. I wept in silence.

Okay so this is an edit for review in a two year space from 1 star initially to now 5 full stars from me. The queue moves quickly and efficiently, once inside we were allocated an assistant just for us who was knowledgeable, friendly and tolerant of us changing our mind over sizes constantly. Clean and well organised. Only down side is uniform prices but I guess that's global ot personal to them. If I gotta spend that money it's nice to have an easy experience doing so.

As the only store that stocks the store is expensive and very slow service and often run low on stock of particular sizes. If possible avoid having to wait around or worse having to wait in line outside and order online! That said the quality is good and customer service varies according to the day it would seem ", it's been fantastic some days and awful other days.

I bought my daughters secondary uniform in sept 2015, still in top condition. Its expanse yes but worth it.. Good quality. I ordered a P.E trousers from there a couple of weeks ago. Sent an email what i wanted. A nice lady contacted me straight away helped me choose the right size for my daughter over the phone. Very professional, great communication, it was very easy to order and it came next day.. Great service. Will use again. 10/10 thanks

Only uniform shop for miles and if you attempt visiting anytime in the last two weeks of summer holidays you'll find the proof because customers queue the length of Bethnal Green Rd to get their turn. Get in early, beginning of summer holidays and you'll have a much better experience or use their online ordering service which I have to say, is very organised. Open an account online and enter chosen school all the uniform in correct colours for your childs year automatically comes up. Thumbs up for that! Anyway I visited to son get sized up and purchase first secondary uniform, staff offer 1:1 service and most of them can simply look at a child and know what size will be best. I got everything I needed in one go, staff were lovely, my only criticism would be that products are not price labelled and while I understand there are hundreds of schools they provide uniform for, who all charge various prices for each item and then size of their uniform. Having said that at the till the entire counter shows the cost of every single item in each size etc, so I suppose those worried could pop online or instore during quieter hours to cost up uniform in advance.

Oooo.Just I don't know from what start...This store situated in very poor area,dangerous as for me.But ok.I was come a first time and I was need all set for my child.Seller been all the time near us(afraid that I'll still something),fitting room it's too small,without any chair,any mirror(((When I've asked about any discount because I was buy on a big amount, they told me-no.Refund they don't do it.Just could change on smaller or bigger size.I'm in shock.By the law of England I can refund until 28 days any staff in great and in new condition. It's very sad that so good shop with a large assortment situated in very poor area,like Africa....
