I own quite a few pairs of the 24 trousers and have to say I think they are great. The minimalist style and the definition of smart casual in every pair. I've also found the service outstanding on the rare occasion there's been a minor problem. Highly recommend.

I heard about the brand on Instagram and happened to randomly walk next to a pop up shop in London. I gave a try to the 24 trouser which fitted quite well. After a few months using it, multiple wash, it’s still fitting perfectly. I just bought my second trouser online and had a few issues to get the pack delivered successfully (issue was with the courier). But I have to say I was very nicely surprised to see the client support team chased up the courier multiple times and gave me regular updates without me having to ask. I can only recommend. Only downside I would say is the price, I think £160 for a trouser is a bit too much. But price is known ahead so no surprise.

I’ve been buying L’Estrange products since 2017 once I got to know the company via a promotion by Oppermann (now Carl Friedrik). Honestly, I am stunned by the products, the customer service and the overall strategic orientation and would even consider buying stocks of this company if they were public. 1. Products So far I bought several trousers, shirts, sweatshirts, hoods and polo shirts. Quality is incredibly good, packaging sustainable and the garments are manufactured in Europe. I can particularly recommend the trousers which are a great basic for work and private functions (and you don’t need a belt, so calculate that in as a reason why you could pay a little more here). 2. Services Whenever I had an issue when it came to product problems, returns, or exchanges, people like Michael were immediately there for me. They provided a quick solution and customer service I have not yet experienced in an online retailer. 3. Strategic Orientation L’Estrange understood pretty well that the future of fashion is connected to a vision of circularity, owning less and caring more about what you have. Their clothes promise to neither be over- nor underdressed, so versatility is given and you can wear that stuff in any occasion. Try it out when you want quality clothing and are willing to invest a price accordingly!

There's a lot to be said about this store. Aesthetically its perfect and offers a very relaxing experience, which is very on-brand with L'Estrange. But the reason I gave this place 5 stars is purely down to the customer service. Josh (employee) could not have been more helpful. It was pretty busy, but Josh made sure to let me know that he'd be with me a couple of minutes after helping another customer, answered all of the questions that I had, grabbed me a couple of different sizes from the stock room to compare, and even spent a few minutes to ask how my day was going and what my plans for the weekend were. I'd come back here definitely to buy more items, but mostly because of the service. Which says something nowadays when more and more people are shopping online. Thanks, Josh!

I had bought my boyfriend some Christmas presents from L'S in 2018 and it still looks amazing after multiple washes. The trousers are the best fit in his entire wardrobe and the shirt is the most comfertable shirt he owns, as it has a slight stretch. Lucky me, he outgrown the hoody, and now it's mine! I have had many compliments about it. Honestly, the best basics that you can get out there!

Mixed feelings. The service is excellent and the trousers would be five stars but for one flaw: they are turned up inside at the bottom of each leg, but they only stitch two segments on the turn up inside, two arcs of stitching at opposite ends of each leg hole. So when you're pulling your trousers on your toes are tugging on the loose unstitched sections inside, potentially pulling the stitched sections, and hence the whole turn up, out. Nobody wants to have to gingerly pull their trousers on, it shouldn't need any thought! For £125 you would expect them to stitch the whole turn up.

I walked into the store on a whim while in town for work and the staff were amazing. I bought a beautiful jacket while I was there and have gotten compliments on it every time I wear. I'll definitely buy more from L'Estrange, especially given the quality for the price.
