I boight a tshirt which I then wore for 1 evening. I then washed it according to the label inside. the print came loose and I got a bit upset. I contacted the store and they happily send me a gift voucher the day after. quick and good costumer service!

Big store, friendly staff, well ventilated, lots of clothing options, and even a space to sit and charge your phone near the changing rooms! Although, we did have to wait at the door for ages to be let in (max number of people in the store) despite the fact tons of people had left the store and we were only a group of 3.

Helpful staff, but let down by the product. Jeans are just too variable, and changing waist size can change the leg length. Shorts also suffer. Remember to bring your old Levis for a discount

Really good experience, was approached by an employee who had really good product knowledge. Although the shorts I was looking for had been discontinued, I was shown the alternatives and the features of the shorts. Was informed the sizing would be different since the fit of shorts was tighter. The employee in the fitting room was also really welcoming, knew her stuff too and gave her honest opinions on how the shorts looked on me and whether they suited. The in-store tailor was also really helpful when I asked about altering the hem. Was a really pleasant experience, staff weren't pushy, were really down to earth and friendly. I will always be going back to this particular branch!

Very nice store, there's a lot of space, and the range of products is also vast. I had no problem walking in, finding what I was looking for and trying on clothes. Levi's clothing standards are excellent, the products are good quality and the staff were very friendly. When you buy something from Levi's it's going to last you a long time so buy in confidence. If you love your Dunham and you love Levis no better place to go then to their flagship store, the staff are fantastic happy to help in any way they can. if you can't find the pair of jeans you are looking for, they are more than willing to go into the store room and check for you. If you're after a pair of jeans and like the brand, this is the place to get them. All the cuts, colours and sizes in one place. It's a nice space, the staff are good and if you've got the money to spend, there's a bespoke service that's only available here to get yourself the perfect pair of jeans made. It is £500 a pair though.

Great service, I went there with my Levi's parka jacket that had faulty zipper, I was served by lovely Agata who took time to explain the process of repair,then initiative to call me next day to explain what are my options, becouse they do not offer bespoke services on site anymore and don't have original zipper in store, I decided to take my jacket to my local tailor instead, but as the gesture of good will and the fact that they could not fit the original zipper Ms. Agata offered me good discount on future visit.

I'm sure most women would agree with me when I say that shopping for jeans is generally an activity that results in self-loathing and utter despair. Happily, Levi's manages to remove *some* of the pain. When standing looking befuddled by the hundreds of different pairs the Levi's store has to offer, I was approached by a friendly fresh-faced shop assistant who ended up measuring my hips and waist to suggest the best fit. And rather than having to get changed a million times to go back and get different sizes, all of the fitting rooms are kitted out with buzzers so that someone else can do the running for you. I didn't manage to find the holy grail (AKA 'the perfect pair of jeans') but I did get much closer than ever before.
