I’m a big fun of Levi,I’ve been here twice looking for my Levi 501 size but apparently they don’t stock size 44 in Stratford shop,why?.. Twice I’ve coming here always let down,you might asking me why not buying online?,well,I love trying my Levi jeans as sizes varies.. I’ve been coming here since Westfield opened,do get me wrong customer services here is splendid and staff are amazing but today I find myself being discriminated due to my size,this is out order period..

Me and my gf was wondering a bit without knowing what model we need to get, it was a bit confusing considering all different Styles. However I rated this 5* cuz of EDDIE, this guy was very nice to us, measure us and get the right style and size in no time! He was very friendly and helpful, good job! End up paying for two pairs!

I felt really happy with shopping at Levi because the employees were very quick to help and are attentive. I told them how I spent all day looking for jeans but I can't find the right one or it's not in my size. Nevertheless a staff grabbed a ladder and got down 2 black jeans for me from the highest shelf in the store. She was extremely helpful to find exactly what I was looking for and served with a smile all the way to the end of the transaction. Also the variety of jeans they have in store is endless I have never seen so much denim! I would recommend people to shop here as there is good service, good jeans and clothes and great prices.

The lady that I spoke with was very helpful. I didn't buy anything as the jeans are expensive as expected. They don't have all the ranges in this store. It's good to know that they can alter the length for you free of charge.

Odd to write a review of a place where I didn't actually buy anything, but the assistance in the shop was top rate I felt compiled to review even though in the end couldn't find the item I wanted. Eddie was the man, his service was great (reason I'm here writing a review), he knew his jeans and was recommending the right things, they just didn't quite fit right, through no fault of his own. Can't recommend the service enough, and hopefully you'll have better luck than me!

Very good range of products but customer service could be better. Many times the lady I asked for help kept running away after answering my question and I couldn’t find anyone free again. Happened several times. Would’ve been nice if she just stayed atleast an extra second after answering my question as I had other enquiries I need help with. Overall nice shop.

I always have a great service in this shop. Hand sanitizer is available for everyone, The fitting rooms are open to try on clothes. Counters and card machine is cleaned after every customer. And the staff are happy, smiley and very helpful.

Really good service when shopping here. Attentive staff, and quick to help you out. I had my jeans altered in length and the staff were super helpful pinning the bottom of my jean up to the desired length. Always an available member of staff and great quality clothing.
