Staff are helpful to check stock. But Not the guard as he shout at you loudly ‘NO DRINK’ I replied ‘I’m not drinking it (1/3 cups of iced coffee) inside, what about I put it into a bag?” and he only shout single words with a hard stare ‘PLEASE. CAREFUL. ‘ He Could had stated that politely with full sentence, then I able to get in to just check a gift card balance. The most Unprofessional store guards I’ve seen compared to other retails. Please put a signage regarding no drinks or just not shouting. Before the lockdown, they didn’t stop for holding (cold coffees) drinks (of course not drinking it inside a clothing shop) I’ve been to three other department stores today and they let me in. Would go to the Regent Street branch next time as they won’t shout, larger stock and just 5 minutes walk away. This small branch is rather less effective.

One of my favourite places to buy clothes - the quality here is noticeably better than the likes of GAP, H&M and also Zara (although the latter one also does good clothing). It is more expensive than the aforementioned brands but during the sales, you can pick up some great clothing at very good prices. Also, the interior décor is very pleasant - I think this Spanish (they are not Italian) brand have marketed themselves very well. It offers a luxury experience at much better prices and feels like although their prices tend to be slightly cheaper than Reiss and Cos, they compete with them on quality. I would say though that their Canary Wharf branch is a bit too small - try the High St Kensington or Bond St one.

One of the few clothes shops where I actually enjoy asking assistants for help - they know their stuff, suggest great things and are super helpful. It really doesn't feel like someone is trying to make you buy more, but rather a friend helping you out. Kudos for that! And thanks for helping me complete an outfit fory sister's wedding!

One the sales assistants did a great job for me. I was trying to find a smart stiff collar black shirt for work (somehow very hard to find in any shop, male dominated smart office fashion). She went to the stockroom since they were not on display and brought two sizes, didn't have to tell her. She guessed it! Very friendly, excellent service. Fit is perfect, great quality. Thank you so much, first time at Massimo Ditto, will come back :)

I've bought a few trousers there recently I quite like. Staff is friendly, although I had to wait a couple minutes to pay while I flagged someone down who was in the back. A good choice for European style clothes, a bit more expensive than the Zaras of the world but I think quality and style is also proportionally better if you find something you like.

Initially didn't get much help when my son was trying to buy a suit. However, then a young man, possibly a manager, couldn't do enough for him and scoured the dressing rooms and found the size of trouser my son was searching for to match a jacket he had found. Very impressed!

Very impressed by the cut of their business suits. I do not have any items of clothing from their shop but I have purchased at several for my wife over a number of years. The shop is very busy and occasionally chaotic but I have honestly never had any attendant be anything but polite and helpful. My last experience was difficult as I managed to buy the wrong size, took the suit home to my wife, it did not fit!!! living in Nottingham this was a pain as the only shops they have are in London. I found an excuse to hit Central London for work a couple of weeks later and rung them on the way. They found the right size and had it ready for me to dash in to the shop and dash out within a few minutes so I could get back to work. My only slight irk is that they do run out of size 6 and 8 female suits. Overall well done and please keep a better stock of the smaller sizes.
