R. D.Lovely clean store spread across 3 floors, basement, ground and first floor. Staff are really polite and helpful. Shoes, accessories and beauty products also available here. Well stocked with many of the latest items in stock. Great store in a lovely part of London. 🤩

E. E.Fantastic clothes, always able to find something here for my partner. However staff could be more customer friendly. They closed dressing room 19 minutes before closing the stores and refused to let customers use it, clearly both sacrificing sales and customer satisfaction. I was in the waiting room waiting for my partner, while the staff turned away 5+ customers in 10 minutes in a very rude way... Staff training and/or incentives needs an upgrade. This was 4 August, 17:40-17:50.
P. S.I think this store is smaller than the one on Oxford street, but still there is a good range of clothes. It’s usually not very crowded either.
