Amazing people inside the best of the best inside the shop with all the good advice you need and all the suggestions and help you need. Super friendly stuff, amazing range of items if you know the brand you what I'm talking about. One of the biggest Prada shop in central London and in one of the best fashion location. Definitely a great experience with all you need, when you wait for them while they going to get the item you want to try. Outstanding service. First purchase with Prada. Purchased the Brique saffiano leather bag. Made a appointment so the S.A I got was really helpful and could not do enough for me. I was also offered a drink during my visit. My bag as packaged lovely. They had placed the item in a dust bag even the leather strap had a seperate dust bag. It was placed in a gift box. Then they wrapped ribbon around the gift box. It was all placed in a Prada store bag with even more ribbon on it. Can not wait to go back to the store in November to purchase more items. First class service from a First class brand. I think also its important to dress nice when shopping here as after all you are shopping in Prada.

Absolutely fabulous gentleman guided me around the store , even helped me select a lovely gift for my mother the most delightful fur coat you could even wish for. Everything inside was set out in the most accessible fashion unlike some of the other stores where everything is tossed into a few rows. Special mention to the door gentleman who was very prompt and punctual.
